论项目的质量计划与质量控制 -毕业论文

摘要

由于市场竞争日趋恶劣，在新形势下建筑装修施工企业想要生存与发展，就必须在质量和服务上处于领先地位，只有这样企业才能获得更大的经济效益。由于建筑装修工程质量事故影响了人们的生活品质，同时也威胁着人们的生命。因此搞好建筑装修工程质量问题，是项目管理者对国家和社会应尽的义务。本论文针对建筑装修工程质量问题，分别从项目质量管理中的质量计划和质量控制两大方面展开论述。在工程质量管理计划中，归纳总结出质量策划的内容和质量目标，说明质量计划是项目施工质量管理的前提和基础。在工程质量控制中，详细分析了影响项目质量控制因素，结合工程实例讨论了建筑装修工程项目管理中存在的主要问题，并从质量计划和质量控制两个方面进一步探讨如何提升建筑装修工程项目质量管理效果。

ABSTRACT

As the market competition is increasingly harsh, in the new situation and architectural decoration construction enterprises want to survive and develop, we must be in a leading position in terms of quality and service, the only way companies can get greater economic benefits. Since the building renovation project quality accident affect the quality of people's lives, but also threaten people's lives. Therefore improve the quality of building renovation project, the project manager is the obligation of the state and society should fulfill. In this thesis, the quality of building renovation project, two aspects are controlled from the start on project quality management quality plan and quality. Engineering Quality Management Plan, summarized the content quality planning and quality objectives, indicating the quality of the project plan is the prerequisite and foundation construction quality management. In engineering quality control, detailed analysis of the impact of the project quality control factors, combined with engineering examples discussed the main issues architectural decoration project management presence to further explore how to improve the quality of construction and renovation projects from two aspects of quality control and quality plan management effectiveness.
