The devices in switching equipments are referred to by numbers, with appropriate suffix letters when necessary, according to the functions they perform. 开关装置中的这些元件以代码及根据完成的功能所需的合适下标字母予以分类。These numbers are based on a system adopted as standard for automatic switchgear by IEEE, and incorporated in American Standard C37.2-1979. This system is used in connection diagrams, in instruction books, and in specifications.

2 Time-delay starting or closing relay is a device that functions to give a desired amount of time delay before or after any point of operation in a switching sequence or protective relay system, except as specifically provided by device functions 48, 62 and 79 described later.

3 Checking or interlocking relay is a device that operates in response to the position of a number of other devices, (or to a number of predetermined conditions), in an equipment to allow an operating sequence to proceed, to stop, or to provide a check of the position of these devices or of these conditions for any purpose.

In cases where the same suffix (consisting of one letter or a combination of letters) has different meanings in the same equipment, depending upon the device function number with which is used, then the complete device function number with which it is used, the complete device function number with its suffix letter or letters and its corresponding function name should be listed in the legend in each case, as follows: 90V, Voltage regulator.

1 引言 1.1故障概述 短路是电力系统的严重故障。所谓短路,是指一切不正常的相与相之间或相与地(对于中性点接地的系统)发生系统通路的情况。 电力系统在运行中,相与相之间或相与地(或中性线)之间发生非正常连接(即短路)时流过的电流。其值可远远大于额定电流,并取决于短路点距电源的电气距离。例如,在发电机端发生短路时,流过发电机的短路电流最大瞬时值可达额定电流的10~15倍。大容量电力系统中,短路电流可达数万安。这会对电力系统的正常运行造成严重影响和后果。 供电网络中发生短路时,很大的短路电流会使电器设备过热或受电动力作用而遭到损坏,同时使网络内的电压大大降低,因而破坏了网络内用电设备的正常工作.为了消除或减轻短路的后果,就需要计算短路电流,以正确地选择电器设备、设计继电保护和选用限制短路电流的元件。 1.2故障类型 三相系统中发生的短路有 4 种基本类型:三相短路,两相短路,单相对地短路和两相对地短路。其中,除三相短路时,三相回路依旧对称,因而又称对称短路外,其余三类均属不对称短路。在中性点接地的电力网络中,以一相对地的短路故障最多,约占全部故障的90%。在中性点非直接接地的电力网络中,短路故障主要是各种相间短路。 为了保证电力系统运行的功能和质量,在设计、分析和研究时必须保证系统的静态和动态特性。现代电力系统是一个超高压、大容量和跨区域的巨大的联合系统,电力系统事故具有突发性强、维持时间短、复杂程度高、破坏力大的特点,因而使得事后对故障原因分析、查找变得尤其困难。由于在实际系统上进行试验和研究比较困难,因此借助各种电力系统动态仿真软件电力系统的设计和研究已成为有效途径之一。 Matlab在电力系统建模和仿真的应用主要由电力系统仿真模块来完成。PSB是在Simulink环境下使用的模块,采用变步长积分法,可以对非线性、刚性和非连续系统进行精确的仿真,并精确地检测出断点和开关发生时刻。PSB程序库涵盖了电路、电力电子、电气传动和电力系统等电工学科中常用的基本元件和系统仿真模型。通过PSB可以迅速建立模型,并立即仿真。PSB程序块程序库中的测量程序和控制源起到电信号与Simulink 程序之间连接作用。PSB程序库含有代表电力网络中一般部件和设备的Simulink程序块,通过PSB可以迅速建立模型,并立即仿真。

变压器1000kva继电保护说明书 一、变压器为1000kva;10kv/0.4kv;△/Y;三相电流比75/5A; 1、速断:整定值:供电局提供:<0.2秒(从互感器处加入电流,到开关端口断开测得) 2、过流:整定值:供电局提供:<0.5秒(从互感器处加入电流,到开关端口断开测得)过载:整定值: 变压器容量105%,一次60.7A,二次4A,延时9秒报预警。 3、零序电流:供电局不提供时,我方作如下规定:取变压器容量的2.5%作为零流的基准值,动作跳 闸或报预警,即一次零流1.5A;二次零流0.1A动作跳闸或报预警,延时0.5秒。本系统室内接地因高压线路很短,互感器前侧接地流经互感器的零流很小,互感器后侧接地流经互感器的零流很大,本装置只对互感器后侧接地有效,前侧端接地只靠供电局线路保护解决,如果0.1A会动作时,应会诊后按0.15A,0.2A,0.25A….. 以0.05A级逐步放大(变压器为△/Y不考虑低压侧零流问题),或重新由测量计算所得。总之,-次零序电流限止在远小于10A以内。 二、施耐德CCA634+MES114( ,E,F)综保屏编制要求如下: 1、速断、过流时:起动A4~A5跳闸,起动A10~A11事故报警,起动A7~A8切断合闸回路。 2、过载发生:起动L5~L6报警。 3、二次零流达到0.1A,延时0.5秒,起动L11~L12跳闸,起动A10~A11事故报警,起动L5~L6报预 警(如果在供电局不要求跳闸时,可将2LP事先分断),仅使L5~L6报预警有效。(由外部2LP确定是跳闸还是仅报预警) 。 4、高温动作K6:也仅起动L5~L6报预警(和零流、过载报预警共用,届时查看对应仪表区分)。 5、超高温动作K7,K1:K7起动A4~A5跳闸,起动A10~A11事故报警,起动A7~A8切断合闸回路; 如果不要求跳闸,可将3LP事先分断仅由K1起动L8~L9报预警。(由外部3LP确定是跳闸还是仅报预警) 。 6、远程操作:SA远程K9有效时,L2~L3合闸有效,A4~A5分闸有效,内部状态远程通信有效(本 次不考虑远程通信及远程操作,仅作备用,需远程的,甲方追加)。 综合上述:零流动作选择跳闸或报预警由外部2LP确定,方便设备投入零流漂移防误跳和方便调整;超高温信号选择跳闸或者报预警,由外部3LP确定。 在任何情况下零流和超高温动作下,可以有条件关闭跳闸。但不能关闭报预警,关闭报预警后果严重。 设备资产属于甲方的,甲方有权确定选择跳闸还是报预警,甲方不签字确认的,一律给予跳闸处理,一经投运,甲方在续保期要求零流和超高温动作变更,应以书面提供依据,方可协商解决,甲方也可自行处理,责任与我方无关。 三、低压总开关欠压延时: 低压进线总开关欠压延时0.5秒,甲方在续保期要求变更或取消也应以书面提出,甲方也可自行处理,责任与我方无关。甲方对欠压延时不提出疑义,则表示认可,今后有什么问题与我方无关,因为甲方对自己的用电设备是否需要自启动有绝对的处理权,如有必须自启动设备甲方应对自启动设备欠压延时0.5秒以上。具体的甲方应按《低规》笫5.7.13条规范要求调整。 本说明书,也称告知书,一并随图送于甲方存档,并要求调试人员按本说明书电试。 共同遵守电力法规,保你我他各方平安。 本说明书,也称告知书,一并随图送于甲方存档,并要求调试人员按本说明书操作。 共同遵守电力法规,保你我他各方平安。 上海(集团)有限公司 设计人员:李新福li-xin-fu@https://www.360docs.net/doc/769980388.html, 2012-6-2
