B: Born between Jan 1, 1994 – Dec 31, 1996

C: Born between Jan 1, 1997 – Dec 31, 1998

D: Born between Jan 1, 1999 – Dec 31, 2000

E: Born between Jan 1, 2001 – Dec 31, 2002

F: Born between Jan 1, 2003 – Dec 31, 2004 (No Mixed Doubles)

G: Born between Jan 1, 2005 – Dec 31, 2006 (No Mixed Doubles)

Eligibility:

A: Open to any participant of all nationalities falling into the event age categories. The Year of Birth is subject to Identification Card or Passport.

B: In addition to registering for events in their own age group, players may also register for events in higher age groups. Players may not register for events in age groups under their age.

C: Players must carry entry card at the game, otherwise will be deemed forfeited the game.

A: Matches will be decided on the best 2 of 3 games played to 21 points under the rally point system. Each game will be decided by the first player reaches 21 points.

B: A player can compete in not more than 2 events in the tournament, which will deploy round robin or single knock out match depending on the number of participants. The competition draw schedule will be published on the website nominated by the organizing committee.

C: The player who fails to present on the game exceeding the match time (subject the clock on the court) will be deemed as forfeited the game. The player who attends the consecutive matches will be granted the rest of

15 minutes. The chief umpire shall have the rights to adjust match time and court, the players shall not have

any objections.

F: Check in: All players shall check in the afternoon, before 16:00, August 13, 2015. The team manger shall

sign off the Tournament Disclaimer with the Operating Party upon check in.

12.Prizes: (No Prize Award Ceremony will be held.).

The top eight players of each group will receive the prize with medal and certificate granted by the Organizing Committee.

A: The Top Three of Singles Match in Group A and Group B will be granted RMB5 Thousand, RMB3 Thousand and RMB2 Thousand respectively.

B: The Top Three of Doubles or Mixed Doubles Match in Group A and Group B will be granted RMB10 Thousand, RMB6 Thousand and RMB4 Thousand per each team respectively.

C: The Forth place till the Eight place of Group A and Group B will be granted one premier badminton racket respectively.

D: The Top Three of Singles Match in Group C will be granted RMB3 Thousand, RMB2 Thousand and RMB1 Thousand respectively.

E: The Top Three of Doubles or Mixed Doubles Match in Group C will be granted RMB6 Thousand, RMB4 Thousand and RMB2 Thousand per each team respectively.

F: The Forth place till the Eight place of Group C will be granted one premier badminton racket respectively.

G: The Top Three of Singles Match in Group D and Group E will be granted RMB2 Thousand, RMB1 Thousand and RMB5 Hundred respectively.

H: The Top Three of Doubles or Mixed Doubles Match in Group D and Group E will be granted RMB4 Thousand, RMB2 Thousand and RMB1 Thousand per each team respectively.

I: The Forth place till the Eight place of Group D and Group E will be granted one premier badminton racket respectively.

J: The Top Three of Group F and Group G will be granted one premier badminton racket respectively.

K: The Forth place till the Eight place of Group F and Group G will be granted one premier gift respectively.

13.All players shall take care of transportation, accommodation, medical at their own expenses. All players must

attend the tournament voluntarily and ensure your health status. Any accidental damages beyond the insurance coverage provided by tournament organizing committee shall be at your own discretion

16.The interpretations of competition regulations are at the discretion of the tournament organizing committee. The

final ruling will be umpired upon the fact.

男子單打、男子雙打、女子單打、女子雙打、混合雙打（F/G组不设混合双打）

（一）A組：1991年1月1日-1993年12月31日出生，

（二）B組：1994年1月1日-1996年12月31日出生，

（三）C組：1997年1月1日-1998年12月31日出生，

（四）D組：1999年1月1日-2000年12月31日出生，

（五）E組：2001年1月1日-2002年12月31日出生，

（六）F組：2003年1月1日-2004年12月31日出生（不设混合双打）

（七）G组：2005年1月1日-2006年12月31日出生（不设混合双打）

參賽辦法：

(一)、凡符合上述組別年齡所有国籍的球員皆可參加，出生年以身份證或護照為准。

(二)、低年齡可以跨組參加高年齡的項目（即可以小打大，不能大打小）。

(三)、參賽球員比賽時需攜帶参赛证，無参赛证者，以棄權處理。

十、競賽辦法：

（一）、比賽規則均採用三局兩勝、每球得分制，每局21分制,先得21分為勝(20平不加分)。

（二）、每人最多可參加二項，視報名人數採用小組循環賽或單淘汰賽，比賽賽程抽籤排定後，

於比賽前7天公佈於大會指定網站

（三）、選手逾比賽時間五分鐘不出場者，以棄權論(依球場掛鐘為準)；如有連場則給予15分鐘休息。

裁判長有權調整比賽時間與場地，球員不得有異議。

（六）報到辦法： 2015年8月13日，下午在比赛现场報到，報到時，各代表隊由領隊與承辦方簽約賽事期間責任書。十二、獎勵辦法：（不舉行專門的頒獎儀式），各組錄取前八名，由大會頒發獎牌及成績證書。

（一）、獲得A組、B組單打前三名者,每人可獲得獎勵金人民幣5000元、3000元、2000元。

獲得A組、B組双打或混双前三名者，每組可獲得獎勵金人民幣10000元、6000元、4000元。

獲得四、五、六、七、八名者,每人可獲得高級羽球拍一支。

（二）C组單打前三名者,每人可獲得獎勵金人民幣3000元、2000元、1000元。

C组双打或混双前三名者，每組可獲得獎勵金人民幣6000元、4000元、2000元。

獲得四、五、六、七、八名者,每人可獲得高級羽球拍一支。

（三）獲得D組、E組單打前三名者,每人可獲得獎勵金人民幣2000元、1000元、500元。

獲得D組、E組双打或混双前三名者,每组可獲得獎勵金人民幣4000元、2000元、1000元。

獲得四、五、六、七、八名者,获得提供精美礼品一份。

（四）獲得F組、G组前三名者, 獲得高級羽球拍一支;

獲得四、五、六、七、八名者,获得提供精美礼品一份。

十三、比賽經費：各參賽運動員交通、食宿、醫療等費用自理。參賽者必須是自願參加且身體健康，比賽期間若發生事故造成傷害（除大會統一報名參賽選手購買的保險保障範圍外），其他一切責任自負。
