一、社团简介
英语俱乐部是经百色学院院团委直接管辖的社团，经外语系老师指导，社团成立于1990年，现共有成员2560人，是我院最大且拥有会员最多的社团，并且是我院唯一以英语学习为主要活动内容的非盈利综合性社团。
活动坚持以“从同学中来，到同学中去”为基本原则，面向全体会员及广大英语爱好者举行，分为常规活动和特色活动。
常规活动主要为会员提供切实的有效的英语学习方面的知识，培养基本技能。
特色活动指主要目的在于营造轻松和谐的英语学习氛围，展现英语应用空间，加强相互交流。
二、社团组织机构
百色学院英语俱乐部的组织机构包括：主席1名，作为俱乐部法人代表，副主席2名，共同组成协会决策领导小组，另15名正副部长带领协会得8个重要部门，分别为：秘书部、财务部、组织部、学习部、文艺部、宣传部、外联部、网络部。
各部长由民主选举，能者居之，任期一年。
换届时，俱乐部表彰新进工作干事，产生新干事，为大家庭注入新鲜血液。
三、社团活动风采
1、常规活动
（1）英语角
每周三晚面向全校英语爱好者组
织开展英语角活动，邀请外教和外籍友人
参与，进行各种有利于激发英语学习热情
的互动游戏，在自由交谈时间，大家可尽情用
英语畅谈，提供广大的英语交流平台。
每次活
动均有约300名社团成员参与，辐射带动800
多学生参与英语学习交流活动，营造了一个浓
厚的英语
学习氛围。
（2）英文电影欣赏
每周六晚组织会员观赏英文
原声电影，就电影某一片段进行提
问，实行有奖竞答并鼓励大家进行外语原声模仿，同时通过撰写观后感达到锻炼英语口语、写作目的，每周约有200会员积极参与其中，充分达到了利用影视学习的作用，真正做到寓教于乐。
（3）Reading Bar
Reading Bar是社团自有的
小图书馆，内含丰富的英语学习
资料，如英文书籍、报刊、CD、
VCD、磁带等各种形式的英文资料
共1000多册，以供会员借阅。
每
周开放三次，丰富大家的第二课
堂，有针对性让大家进行英语阅
读，营造良好的英语学习氛围。
（4）天天英语晨读
目的在于帮助会员养成早起晨读，不睡懒觉，积极学习的好习惯，坚持“把天读亮”的好习惯，俱乐部的天天晨读也正响应
了外语系“水滴石”晨读活动，得到了老师很高的评价。
一日之计在于晨，期间，我们准备了相关发音材料，并邀请受过培训的同学纠正会员的英语发音，极大提高了会员的发音水平，我们还设置了“晨读之星”奖，鼓励会员朋友加入到我们的晨读行列。
每天都有近900人进行英语晨读，这极大营造了一个浓厚的晨读环境，尤其是针对英语学习，是我们引以为傲的。
2、特色活动
（1）英语演讲比赛和戏剧比赛
每学年定期与外语系
合作开展英语演讲比赛和英
语戏剧比赛，旨在提高广大
英语爱好者的口语水平，为大家提高一个挑战自我、展现自我的舞台。
同时也为学院参加更高级别的比赛选拔人才。
幽默的英语戏剧，吸引着全校上千英语爱好者的关注，使得更多人参与其中，戏剧大舞台，有你更精彩！
（2）英语游园日暨圣诞晚会
每学年为庆祝圣诞节开展
英语游园日活动暨圣诞节晚
会。
让全体会员及广大英语爱
好者了解英语国家的节日特点
并培养大家的学习英语的兴
趣。
游园半天，主要以英语游
戏和英语节目为主，让在紧张学习中的同学们在快乐中学习英语。
盛大的圣诞晚会，让同学们真是感受西方国家不一样的新年！这次活动辐射带动近
1000名同学参与其中，充分达到了预期的英语知识宣传效果，让同学们在快乐中学习英语。
（3）大型英语角
每学年于5月份与兄弟院校右江民族医学院英语协会合作，在百色市森林广场举行大
型英语角，邀请百色市外籍教师及友人、各大中小学生、广大英语爱好者参与。
本次英语角面向全体百色市民，有许多家长带着孩子还有老师带领中小学生，约有2000人参加。
这是以丰富的风趣幽默的英文节目激起大家学习英语的浓厚兴趣。
最后大家用英语畅所欲言，共创一片友谊的天空。
（4）外国文化长廊
每学年于5月份，通过在学校人流量最多的主干道旁，摆台，张贴海报，设咨询点等，历时一周，使广大会员和英语爱好者更加充分了解外国文化背景，从而更加提高了学习英语的热情。
（5）大学生暑期三下乡活动
每学年的暑假，我社团都开展为期一
周的三下乡活动。
这得到院团委的充分肯
定和大力支持。
我们利用暑假去到乡村，
为当地景点树立英语标牌，进行乡村支教，
并进社会调查等活动，让乡村到处有英语
的存在，切切实实地普及英语。

四、活动风采
英语俱乐部为全百色学院最大的社团之一，2007年获得全区高等学校“优秀学生社团”的荣誉称号；2006-2010年连续获得百色学院“优秀社团”的称号；2009年有49名同学获得百色学院“社团之星”称号，2010年共有53名同学获得“社团之星”称号等等。

二十年的奋斗，二十年的探索，二十年的成长一步步成就了英语俱乐部，也在缓缓托起一个英语沟通世界无极限的梦想，这是一直以来实现人与人之间相互交流与关爱，人与社会相互融合的梦想。
