一.工程概况:
1.本工程位于北京地铁八通线东侧,北苑南路20#院,北临通州新华大街,交通方便。

2.本工程为板式小高层住宅建筑,建筑面积11283平方米;全现浇剪力墙结构,抗震度8度,抗
震等级为二级。

地下一层,层高为3.9m,地上
11层,层高为2.8m,建筑物高度为36.5m。

3.本工程室内外高差0.15m,地上一、二层为商业用房。

本工程基本风压值为0.3kn/m2。

二.施工测量的基本要求:
1.根据甲方提供的现场两点及规划局给定的点,工程定位测量详见定位测量方案。

为保证本工
程精度要求,测角中误差达到+12";边长相对
中误差达到1/15000;引测相对标高+0.000
(27.200m)精度达到+5mmⅴn(n为测站数),钢尺量距达到1/10000;按施工设计定时定量,高效率完成各项测量作业。

三.场地准备测量:
场地准备测量是保证施工测量全过程顺利进行的环节分为:
(一)为满足测量精度要求购置DJJ2-2型经纬仪一
台,精度达到1/15000;购置水准仪一台,精
度达到闭合差+4mmⅴn,购置一级钢尺长
50.000m,精度允许误差+5.100mm;
(二)审核图纸,全面掌握楼的设计意图,校核总平面图、建筑施工图、结构施工图、设备施
工图、总体布置轴线关系;几何尺寸,高程,
楼的建筑平立剖面图及节点大样图,轴线尺
寸及标准层,非标准层之间的轴线关系;设
备预留洞口尺寸、标高是否与建筑图纸相符;
认真及时掌握有关设计变更洽商文件,确保
测量数据准确可靠。

(三)校测起始依据据桩点的交接:
1.为保证2#楼建筑物定位依据准确可靠,对甲方
提供规划绿线及铁道和2#楼两点进行确认,并
办理定位依据资料,作好交接工作,作好标注,并妥善保护好桩点。

2.为确保本工程高程准确性,甲方只提供一个水
准点T[32]24.561m,进行确认并请建设单位对
水准点位的高程数据做严格审核,办理依据资
料,采用往返测法或闭合测法做校核。

(四).测量器具的使用、检定、保管及维修
1、测量技术人员应负责检查仪器,使用及保管工
作的管理,严格遵守操作规程,新的仪器必须
检定合格后方可使用,在施工过程中,必须坚
守工作岗位,避免仪器受震,碰撞及斜到。

2、检定:测量器具必须按规程进行周检外,对水
准仪,经纬仪主要轴线关系还应在2-3月进行
检校。

发现变形较大应及时上报主管领导,组
织送检维修工作。

3、保管及维护,测量仪器必须由专人保管,放在
通风,干燥常温的室内,并要放入防潮、防盗
的箱柜中,保持清洁及时擦拭。

(五).场地测量:根据设计总平面图,及施工现场总平面图,测定暂设建筑物用地;施工道路用地,机具材料堆放处,还应进行场地平整测量,采用20m×20m 方格网,确定排水坡度,做到场地无积水。

四、建筑物定位与基础施工测量:
(一).定位依据:
1.甲方提供京津公路上规划局给定点。

2.南侧规划绿线。

(二).定位条件及满足条件:
1、2#楼外墙皮与其他建筑物的位置关系。

(三).定位放线步骤:
1、规划局给出的A点(X=303210.876,Y=524643.316);
B点(X=303292.086,Y=524660.561)
2、施工图,建总1、结施3
3、测量器具:TDJ6经纬仪、50m钢卷尺、5m钢卷尺、木桩、小线、铁钉。

4、计算依据:
因为A—F轴距离为63.9m,1—32轴距离为52.56m。

故:纵轴线外墙皮距离为64.1m,横轴线外墙皮距离为52.76m。

根据:直角三角形三角函数定律,求AB连线与纵轴的夹角。

解:tgα=52.76/64.1 得:∠α=39°27´27"。

5、测量步骤:
1、将经纬仪架到点A,瞄准点B并逆时针旋转39°27´27",用钢尺量19.1 m,定木桩取点2。

2、将经纬仪架设在点2,瞄准点A,逆时针旋转90°,用钢尺量取11.7 m,定木桩取点4。

3、依次类推,取点到点B,再以点B取点到点A。

6、校核:
将经纬仪架设到点B,瞄准点A,顺时针旋转50°32´33",用钢尺量取13.1 m与点14进行校核,准确后,依次类推,直至回返到点B。

(四).水准点的引测:
1、将甲方提供建筑红线和场区控制桩ON,引测点M、N,然
后以M、N,分别定A-f、1-32各轴线。

2.然后依轴线放墙体边线、建筑物开挖线,水准点标高由测绘院提供T[3]2
3.利用水准仪向施工现场往返测法向施工现场引
测本工程+0.000线。

为了方便利用最终引测为标
高- 1.000m;引测在未建建筑物周围。

(五).基础施工测量:
1、基槽开挖时应根据实际情况进行开挖放线,并
控制好基槽边放坡系数,在槽底引测三个整数,
相对高程作为基槽施工高程控制点。

2、在垫层上进行基础放线,校测建筑物外轴控制
桩无误后,方可用经纬仪向下投测点位;投测
允许误差+1mm;在垫层上经校核闭合合格后,
用墨线放出墙体柱子、楼梯、电梯、门窗洞口
位置及集水坑位置,基础放线允许误差:
五.+0.000以上施工测量:
(一)楼层放线:首层放线验收后,应将控制线引测至结构外立面;作为各施工层主轴线下户竖向
投测的基准,控制轴线投测至施工层后,应组
成闭合图形,且间距不大于50.000m钢尺度,
控制轴线选择在建筑物外廓四大角,单元施工
流水分界处,施工层放线后,在结构平面外校
核闭合后,测设细部轴线,包括墙体控制线,
门窗洞口线,隔墙线各部位放线允许误差:
(二)建筑物主轴线竖向投向投测:
1、方法:本工程采用正倒镜挑直线向上投测对垂直度
进行严格控制,以建筑物主轴线控制桩为测站,以首层轴线作为各施工层的后视点位,减少积累误差,取盘左盘右向上投测的居中位置,抵消仪器误差。

2、精度:建筑物垂直度偏差不应超过建筑物高度的
1/1000,具体如下:
(三)高程传递:
1、传递位置:熟悉各楼设计图纸,验算有关测量数据
外还应校对图上的平面和高程坐标系统与各楼是否相等;在结构施工测量中应及时将控制点,控制线固定并建好在地面墙面柱、梁、顶板、门窗洞口处。

(四)地面层施工测量:水平线(室内外)每3m两断应小于1mm;同一条水平线标高允许误差+3mm;在不使用水准仪的地方或立面上,可安装连通管水准器找平,在四周墙面与柱身测设50cm水平线,作为地面面层施工的标高控制线。

1、内墙面装饰竖直控制线应按1/3000的精度投测,
沿垂直线用线坠或经纬仪分块分格投测。

2、外墙面装饰沿垂直线,使用经纬仪投测,两次投测
结果较差应小于2mm;倾角超过40度时可采用弯管目镜向上投测。

(五)屋面施工测量:首先检查各楼流水实际坡度
是否符合设计图纸并测定实际偏差,在屋面四周测设水平控制线及各方向流水控制线及十字直角控制线。

(六)电梯和管道安装测量。

1、测设电梯井轨道中心位置,并用钢丝固定,各条沿
垂线,固定后分别挂沿垂线间距,两条沿垂线相互偏差应小于1mm;精度达到1/7000。

2、每层弹出50cm水平线,每层门套两边间两条竖直
线,其中精度达到1/5000;保证电梯门地坎与门前地面水平一致。

3、管道安装前要检查穿墙、穿层孔洞位置是否符合设
计要求,以结构控制线为依据精度达到1/1000。

六、验线工作及放线人员的配置:
1、验线的依据;依据应原始,正确有效,设计图纸、
变更、洽商与起始依据最后定案有效归入资料,仪器与钢尺必须按计量法有关规定进行检定。

验线精度符合DBJ01-21-95的规定,观察中系统误差应采取措施进行改正和闭合校核。

2、验线工作:验线必须独立,尽量与放线工作不相关,
主要包括观测人员、仪器测法及观测路线,验线部位关键是定位依据、定位条件、场区高程+0.000线。

3、验线组织:每次放线后,必须执行自检,互检交接
检后,由主管工长直接领导、参与验收检查检证,质检员参与各部位的测量验线工作。

工程师对测量放线验线工作作技术指导和检查工作。

4、防线人员配置:为了高标准完成本工程测量任务,
有经验丰富,具有测量高级技术工程师负责本工程的验线工作,有勤奋实干,青年谢萌、扬青、崔中山负责本工程放线工作。
