随着互联网的普及,网络匿名性与易于向公众传播的特性更是助长了谣言的传播与影响能力。
本文从谣言传播的基础出发,将有关谣言研究的大量论著和网络传播的研究成果整合起来,运用信息管理学、传播学、心理学等多学科的方法,针对网络谣言的特性、网络谣言的传播过程进行探讨,并进而总结了网络谣言的控制方法。

金融创新理论简述在世界金融发展史上，创新始终是金融发展的主要动力源，金融发展进程中的每一次高潮都是由创新所发动的。
每一次上层次、升级性的金融发展都是在金融创新的推动下实现的。
当旧的金融体制不能适应社会经济发展的新要求时，便会产生新的矛盾和冲突，这些矛盾和冲突就会障碍经济发展、制约社会进步，当单纯凭借原有层次上数量的扩张不能解决发展中的矛盾时，就只有通过金融创新使之发生质的变化，冲破旧制度的束缚，满足社会经济发展中新的需求，金融业也由此获得了一次大发展的机会和空间。
自货币和信用关系出现以来，伴随着经济的发展，金融发展从低级走向高级，从初始走向发达。
在不同历史阶段，金融发展都有明显的层次和级别差异，都有特定的条件和特定的因素，但是创新这条脉络始终贯穿于金融发展的全部历史过程之中。
20世纪60年代以来，随着人类社会的进步、体制转换和改革政策有力地推动了世界经济的增长，传统体制下被压迫的金融能量得到充分释放。
对金融创新活动的判断不应孤立，静止地观察单个金融商品价格的变化，而应从金融创新的源泉和动力出发进行分析，西方经济学家在不同的时期、从不同的角度对金融创新的生成机理做出了种种解释，形成了众多理论流派，通过对这些理论流派进行分析和比较对金融创新的生成机理可归纳和总结为转嫁风险、技术进步和规避管制是促成金融创新最主要的原因。
自1912年著名经济学家熊比特提出创新理论并用它来解释经济周期和社会过渡问题以后，从20世纪50年代开始，特别是在70年代以后，面对西方金融领域大规模和全方位创造或引进新事物并导致金融业巨变的现实，一些西方学者开始把创新理论引入金融研究中，对金融创新的成因、利弊和对策发表了各自的见解。
