二、教材分析
本教材为中等职业学校英语教材编写组主持编写,高等教育出版社出版的《英语2(基础模块)》(湖南版)。

本册教材有10个教学单元和2个复习单元,采用单元式为主编排内容,功能、语法、话题等在各个单元之间循环编排。

每单元由lead-

3、教学中以学生为主体,兼顾个体,使不同层次的学生各有所得。

4、适时进行德育教育。

在教书的同时做到育人,提高学生的职业素养。

一、以“趣味英语”导入,上好第一节课。

多年学生,让我深刻体会到再有趣的课程,如果老师只是一味照本宣科,再大的积极性都会被打击,逐渐提不起上课的精神。

特别是职校学生,本身基础薄弱,会选择读职校,多数
是不愿意学习的学生。

因此,上好第一课很重要。

英语并不全枯燥乏味,需要死记硬背,通过深入研究教材,平淡的单词句子可以趣味化,以此吸引学生的注意力,多以趣味英语单词、趣味英语游戏的形式,让学生在愉快的学习氛围中吸收消化知识点。

二、结合学生实际情况,合理利用教材组织课堂教学。

根据中职英语教学大纲规定,结合学生实际情况,合理增删教授知识。

这一学期的教材内容主要包含八个方面:学校生活、
梦想、爱好、友谊、运动、幸福、爱以及教育,教学开展将紧扣这八个方面,同时突出“幼教”专业特色,重点培养并巩固学生的英语专业基础知识,为学生的幼师英语打好基础。

三、采取灵活的教学模式,努力提高课堂教学质量。

针对中职学生好奇心强、精力充沛、动手能力强的特点,创设符合他们心理认知水平的模拟生活实际的教学情境,采用灵活多样的教学手段和方法,开展丰富多彩的教学活动,激发学生的学习兴趣和动力。

改变死板的“教师教学生听”的教学模式,让学生积极参与到教学当中来,从而提高课堂教学质量。

四、以指导为主,对学生的表现给予及时肯定。

不管是爱读书,还是不爱读书的学生,他们都希望得到别人的肯定。

在接下来的教学过程当中,我会努力去发现学生的长处,及时表扬鼓励他们,调动他们的积极性。

同时,不一味解答学生的疑问,多指引他们方向,让他们自己去找出答案,更深刻地掌握知识。

在努力提高课堂教学质量的同时,我将积极拓展自己与学生的视野,注重学生的全面发展,把微笑带进课堂,耐心对待每一个学生。

在今后的工作中,我会不断努力提高自己的综合素质及业务水平,争取成为一名优秀教师。

中职英语老师的教学计划
一、学生情况分析:
电子技术应用班都春招生占大多数,在他们身上有一个共性,学习成绩差、心理素质不稳定、组织纪律意识薄弱、自尊心强,但我相信任何学生都有他们的闪光点,只要教师调动他们的学习情绪,他们会有意想不到的进步,教学中一定要把握主这一机会。

他们在学习方面:三分之一的学生,能够主动积极地学习,且在学习中表现出良好的求知欲,学习效果较好;三分之二的学生,学习兴趣不浓在课堂上不能够主动配合任课教师,有待进一步的提高。

学生文化知识基础较差,个性心里品质欠缺,主动配合老师的意识低,可能个别学生思想意识较坏,给
老师的上课带来一定的困难,但我准备用一颗真诚的心感动学生,使他们在思想和学习方面不断的进步。

二、教材分析:
英语是世界通用语言之一,是国际交流的重要工具。

英语课程是中等职业学校学生必修的一门公共基础课。

本课程的任务是:使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和基本技能,培养学生在日常生活和职业场景中的英语应用能力;培养学生的文化意识,提高学生的思想品德修养和文化素养;为学生的职业生涯、继续学习和终身发展奠定基础。

三、教学目标:
中等职业学校英语课程要在九年义务教育基础上,帮助学生进一步学习英语基础知识,培养听、说、读、写等语言技能,初步形成职场英语的应用能力;激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,提高学生学习的自信心,帮助学生掌握学习策略,养成良好的学习习惯,提高自主学习能力;引导学生了解、认识中西方文化差异,培养正确的情感、态度和价值观。

四、教学重难点
教学重点:学习300个左右行业通用的专业词汇及缩略语。

生产制造类专业的教学,可侧重提高学生的阅读能力。

要求能借助词典等工具书读懂与专业相关的简单技术、业务资
料,如:简单的产品说明、广告和操作说明等,并能通过网络查询相关信息。

教学难点:能用英语初步处理简单的常规业务。

如:接待、处理业务电话、信函、电子邮件以及填写业务表格和相关票据等。

五、教学措施
(一)教学要以学生为本,发挥学生的自主性,建立融洽的师生互动关系,培养学生积极的情感和态度,激发学习兴趣,鼓励学生积极尝试,勇于实践,体验成功,树立自信心。

(二)英语教学要注重培养学生语言综合应用能力,依据教学目标,结合教学内容与要求,设计符合学生实际、目的明确、操作性强、丰富多样的课内外教学活动。

引导学生在完成任务的过
程中,体验语言,培养技能,积极实践,提高语言综合应用的能力。

(三)教师要面向全体学生,因材施教。

要尊重学生的差异,为其提供多种学习选择。

对于基础较薄弱的学生要进行补偿教学,对学有余力的学生要进行拓展教学,适应学生的个性发展需求,使每个学生均学有所得。

(四)职业模块的教学要结合行业的实际需求,利用真实场景或设置虚拟场景,选择真实或实用的语言材料。

(五)教师要加强教学研究,积极参与教学研究活动,研究职业教育的英语教学规律,总结、交流教学经验。
