King. It is encouraging. And I am going to make a small speech about dream and it also

I have a dream.
Every one has his own dream. When I was a little kid，my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now，when I am 20 years old，standing here，my dreams have already changed a lot.
I have got the same experience of other girls. When we were children
we like playing toys at home，dreaming to be the princesses in the story . when we go to school we were taught to be obeying the rule studying hard and be a good student. And one day a friend ask me what I want to do and what I want to be before College entrance examination. It occurred me and I began to thing of my life.
Actually I like freedom, I like smiling and I like getting together with people. After re-know myself I know what I want to do and what I want to be. So I chose this school and this subject and standing here.

Diligence is the first key factor to success. Diligence helps us remove ignorance, overcome difficulties, and enlighten our minds. It makes a fool wise, and a poor man rich.
Devotion is another factor to success. Whatever we do, we must love it and do it whole-heartedly. Only when we set our minds on the job, can we do it well.
Furthermore, perseverance, or a strong will, is the last key to success. Without a strong will, we are likely to give up when we meet some difficulties, let alone perform wonderful deeds.
To conclude, all great men achieve success through diligence, devotion and perseverance. Just as the famous saying goes, "No pains, no gains", "Where there is a will, there is a way."。
