一、培训需求
1.由于公司内部业务发展,需要更多的与外国朋友进行技术与管理方面的交流,因此对大家提出了学习英语的要求;
2.为了大家能在自己岗位上实现更大的发展,掌握更全面的素质应对复杂变化的市场,公司对每个人的英语水平提出了更高的要求。

二、培训目标
主要目标:让培训员工能流畅地阅读英文资料并具备英语口语交流能力。

1、专业英语
对专业英语基本掌握,并能使用外语与老外进行基本技术交流。

2、商务英语
掌握基本的商务英语,能够进行一些商务方面的谈判等。

三、培训人员
讲师:外聘讲师、内部英语达人。

目标人群:公司全员。

同时为了保证良好的培训效果,暂定对这些人员进行分期培训。

首先一期暂定三个月时间,一期培训完成,考核其成果。

再根据效果组织二期培训。

并通过一期学员带动二期学员,交流学习经验等等。
