“我病了3年，正版药一盒4万，我吃了3年，房子吃没了，家人被拖垮了，谁家没有个病人，你能保证一辈子不生病吗？我不想死，我想活着……”这句话来自最近热播的《我不是药神》中一位病友的话，当时坐在荧幕前的小强也被这句强有力的“我不想死，我想活着”深深地震撼了，这部电影的高口碑并不是空穴来风，而是注定，因为它是以洞察这个社会为主线，并且直击人性的一部现实主义作品，细心的小强发现《我不是药神》的英译名，觉得非常贴合剧情，而其他的影片的译名相比较《我不是药神》的译名，让人有点难以接受。
《我不是药神》用百度翻译出来的是“I'm not a drug God”，而谷歌给出的翻译也是“I am not a drug god”，其实这个翻译也并没有大的错误，但是结合剧情而言，更为贴切的翻译应该是“Dying To Survive”，其中“Dying”垂死，而“Survive”是幸存，这个翻译把“向死而生”的含义展示了出来，而整部电影处处都在透露着生与死，由此可见这句“Dying To Survive”更加贴合整个剧情，也表达的更为贴切。
