何为开音节或闭音节？
英语中有5个元音字母a, e, i, o, u, 根据这5个字母的发音来判 断开音节还是闭音节(指的重读音节)。
1.开音节: 开音节又分为绝对开音节和相对开音节。由一个元 音字母结尾的音节为绝对开音节。 例如: no, me, my, be等。 以一个元音字母加一个辅音字母(r除外)再加一个不发音的字母 e结尾的音节为相对开音节。例如:name, late，grade，game, rose。开音节中的元音字母一般都发字母本身的音。

Contents目录第1课时字母与国际音标汉语的汉字由笔画构成，而英语的单词是由26个字母组成。
字母的读音/d۸blju:/英语有26个字母，其中有5个元音字母）,1个半元音字母（y），其他为辅音字母。
国际音标在汉语里，我们用汉语拼音来认识每个字的发音，而在英语里，我们通过学习国际音标来读出每个单词。
我们把英语的读音分成最小的音素，用国际音标符号表示，每个音标符号代表一个音素，学会它们就可以拼出每个单词了。
英语中有48个音标，元音音标有20个，辅音音标有28个。
我们把音标放在括号“﹝﹞”或“/ /”中。
字母与语音我们认识了英语的字母和音标，那它们之间有什么关系呢？26个字母组成了英语丰富的单词。
如apple（苹果），banana（香蕉），boy（男孩），girl（女孩）等。
我们学习了48个国际音标后，就可以用它们准确地拼出单词的读音。
注意：有些国际音标的写法和字母，汉语拼音相同，但读音不同，不要把它们混淆在一起。

一般说来，英语字母中的元音字母（a,e,i,o,u）及元音字母组合读元音，如bag中的字母a读元音/æ/，bee中的元音字母组合ee读元音/ i:/，半元音字母y有时读元音，如fly/flａɪ／，有时读半元音/j/，如year/jɪə/；辅音字母和辅音字母组合读辅音，如pea/pi:/中的辅音字母p读辅音/p/,phone/fəʊn/中的辅音字母组合ph读辅音/f/,双写的辅音字母一般读一个辅音，如cabbage中只读1个b.发音的器官。
了解发音器官是我们能够正确发音的基础。
