从数字万用表的电压、电阻、电流、二极管、三极管、MOS场效应管的测量等测量方法开始,让你更好的掌握万用表测量方法。
一、电压的测量1、直流电压的测量,如电池、随身听电源等。
首先将黑表笔插进“com”孔,红表笔插进“V Ω”。
把旋钮选到比估计值大的量程(注意:表盘上的数值均为最大量程,“V-”表示直流电压档,“V~”表示交流电压档,“A”是电流档),接着把表笔接电源或电池两端;保持接触稳定。
数值可以直接从显示屏上读取,若显示为“1.”,则表明量程太小,那么就要加大量程后再测量工业电器。
如果在数值左边出现“-”,则表明表笔极性与实际电源极性相反,此时红表笔接的是负极。
2、交流电压的测量。
表笔插孔与直流电压的测量一样,不过应该将旋钮打到交流档“V~”处所需的量程即可。
交流电压无正负之分,测量方法跟前面相同。
无论测交流还是直流电压,都要注意人身安全,不要随便用手触摸表笔的金属部分。
二、电流的测量1、直流电流的测量。
先将黑表笔插入“COM”孔。
若测量大于200mA 的电流,则要将红表笔插入“10A”插孔并将旋钮打到直流“10A”档;若测量小于200mA的电流,则将红表笔插入“200mA”插孔,将旋钮打到直流200mA以内的合适量程。
调整好后,就可以测量了。
将万用表串进电路中,保持稳定,即可读数。
若显示为“1.”,那么就要加大量程;如果在数值左边出现“-”,则表明电流从黑表笔流进万用表。
交流电流的测量。
测量方法与1相同,不过档位应该打到交流档位,电流测量完毕后应将红笔插回“VΩ”孔,若忘记这一步而直接测电压,哈哈!你的表或电源会在“一缕青烟中上云霄”--报废!三、电阻的测量将表笔插进“COM”和“VΩ”孔中,把旋钮打旋到“Ω”中所需的量程,用表笔接在电阻两端金属部位,测量中可以用手接触电阻,但不要把手同时接触电阻两端,这样会影响测量精确度的--人体是电阻很大但是有限大的导体。

三、数字万用表的使用方法1.基本使用方法数字万用表是有源仪表,必须接上电源才能工作,因此使用数字万用表时应首先装上电池。
大多数数字万用表使用层叠电池,以DT890B型数字万用表为例,如图2-66所示,打开数字万用表后盖,装入1枚9V层叠电池,再将后盖盖好。
然后将表笔插入数字万用表的插孔中。
一般习惯上将红表笔按不同测量需要分别插入VΩ或mA 或A插孔,作为正表笔;将黑表笔插入COM插孔,作为负表笔。
按下控制面板上的电源开关(Power),LCD显示屏应有“000”字符显示。
如果显示出“BAT”字样,表示电池电压不足,应更换新电池。
图2-66 装入电池使用数字万用表进行测量时,首先应根据测量对象选择相应的挡位,然后估计测量对象的大小,选择合适的量程。
例如测量9V电池的开路电压,可选择直流电压20V挡,如图2-67所示。
如果无法估计测量对象的大小,则应先选择该挡位的最大量程,然后根据显示情况逐步减小量程,直至能够准确显示读数。
选择测量量程时,应尽量使LCD显示屏中显示较多的有效数字,以提高测量精度。
例如测量1.5V电池的开路电压,选择直流电压的200V、20V、2V挡均可测量,但2V挡显示的小数点后有效数字最多,因此测量精度较高,如图2-68所示。
如果显示屏仅在最高位显示“1”,表示测量对象超过所选量程,应选择更高量程进行测量。
2.测量直流电压测量直流电压时,红表笔插入VΩ插孔,为正表笔;黑表笔插入COM插孔,为负表笔。
转动测量选择开关至直流电压挡V,数字万用表构成直流电压表,直接并联于被测电压两端即可测量。
例如,需测量某电池GB的电压,将正表笔接电池正极、负表笔接电池负极,如图2-69所示,LCD显示屏即显示出被测电池的电压。

现在,数字式测量仪表已成为主流,有取代模拟式仪表的趋势。
与模拟式仪表相比,数字式仪表灵敏度高,准确度高,显示清晰,过载能力强,便于携带,使用更简单。
下面以VC9802型数字万用表为例,简单介绍其使用方法和注意事项。
(1)使用方法a使用前,应认真阅读有关的使用说明书,熟悉电源开关、量程开关、插孔、特殊插口的作用.b将电源开关置于ON位置。
c交直流电压的测量:根据需要将量程开关拨至DCV(直流)或ACV(交流)的合适量程,红表笔插入V/Ω孔,黑表笔插入COM孔,并将表笔与被测线路并联,读数即显示。
d交直流电流的测量:将量程开关拨至DCA(直流)或ACA(交流)的合适量程,红表笔插入mA孔(<200mA时)或10A孔(>200mA时),黑表笔插入COM孔,并将万用表串联在被测电路中即可。
测量直流量时,数字万用表能自动显示极性。
e电阻的测量:将量程开关拨至Ω的合适量程,红表笔插入V/Ω孔,黑表笔插入COM孔。
如果被测电阻值超出所选择量程的最大值,万用表将显示1,这时应选择更高的量程。
测量电阻时,红表笔为正极,黑表笔为负极,这与指针式万用表正好相反。
因此,测量晶体管、电解电容器等有极性的元器件时,必须注意表笔的极性。
(2).使用注意事项a如果无法预先估计被测电压或电流的大小,则应先拨至最高量程挡测量一次,再视情况逐渐把量程减小到合适位置。
测量完毕,应将量程开关拨到最高电压挡,并关闭电源。
b满量程时,仪表仅在最高位显示数字1,其它位均消失,这时应选择更高的量程。
c测量电压时,应将数字万用表与被测电路并联。
测电流时应与被测电路串联,测直流量时不必考虑正、负极性。
d当误用交流电压挡去测量直流电压,或者误用直流电压挡去测量交流电压时,显示屏将显示000,或低位上的数字出现跳动。
e禁止在测量高电压(220V以上)或大电流(0.5A以上)时换量程,以防止产生电弧,烧毁开关触点。
f当显示、BATT或LOWBAT时,表示电池电压低于工作电压。

数字万用表亦称数字多用表DMM(digital multimeter)
一、数字万用表的特点
1、数字万用表采用数字化测量技术,将被测电量均转换成电压信号,并以数
字形式显示。
2、准确度高

4、测量速度快2~5次/秒
5、微功耗
6、集成度高,体积小,重量轻,可靠性好
7、测量种类多,功能齐全,操作简便
二.技术特性
1.测量范围
⑴交、直流电压(交流频率为45Hz~500Hz);量程分别为200mV、2V、20V、200V和1000五档,直流精度为±(读数的%+2个字)以下,交流精度为±(读数的1%+5个字);输入阻抗,直流档为10MΩ,交流档为10MΩ、100PF。
⑵交、直流电流量程分别为200μA、2mA、200mA和10A五档,直流精度为±(读数的%+2个字),交流精度为±(读数的%+5个字),最大电压负荷为250mV(交流有效值)。
⑶电阻:量程分别为:200Ω、2kΩ、200kΩ、2MΩ和20MΩ档。
精度为±(读数的%+3个字)。
⑷二极管导通电压:量程为
0~,测试电流为1mA ±mA 。
⑸三极管β值检测:测试条件为:V CE =,I B =10μA 。
⑹短路检测:测试电路电阻<
20Ω±10Ω

三.使用方法
1.准备
2.按下电源开关,观察液晶显示是否正常,有否电池缺电标志出现,若有则要先更换电池。
3.使用
(1)交、直流电流的测量:根据测量电流的大小选择适当的电流测量量程和红表笔的插入孔,测量直流时,红表笔接触电压高一端,黑表笔接触电压低的一端,正向电流从红表笔流入万用表,再从黑表笔流出,当要测量的电流大小不清楚的时候,先用最大的量程来测量,然后再逐渐减小量程来精确测量。
(2)交、直流电压的测量:红表笔插入“V/Ω”插孔中,根据电压的大小选择适当的电压测量量程,黑表笔接触电路“地”端,红表笔接触电路中待测点。
特别要注意,数字万用表测量交流电压的频率很低(45~500Hz ),中高频率信号的电压幅度应采用交流毫伏表来测量。
