热熔胶
粘接强度：≥1.5-2.0kg/25mm；耐洗性：≥5次。
此类热熔胶可分为聚酰胺（PA）、聚酯（PES）、聚乙烯（LOPE和HDPE）和聚酯酰胺（PEA）等，该类胶粘剂 已通过五项成果鉴定，完成国家“七五”攻关、河北省“八五”攻关项目，获国家发明奖、天津市、河北省科技 成果奖各一项、获国家发明专利三项。
四、抗温。热熔胶对温度比较敏感。温度达到一定程度，热熔胶开始软化，低于一定温度，热熔胶会变脆， 所以选择热熔胶必须充分考虑到产品所在环境的温度变化。
五、粘性。热熔胶的粘性分早期粘性和后期粘性。只有早期粘性和后期粘性一致，才能使热熔胶与被接着物 保持稳定。在热熔胶的生产过程中，应保证其具有抗氧性、抗卤性、抗酸碱性和增塑性。被接着物材质的不同,热 熔胶所发挥的粘性也有所不同，因此，应根据不同的材质选择不同的热熔胶。
3.用途广，适合粘接各种材料。
4.可以进行几次粘接，即涂在木材上热熔胶，因冷却固化而未达到要求时，可以重新加热进行二次粘接。
热熔胶是纺织品尤其是服装加工中用得最多的一类胶粘剂，被广泛用于无纺布、地毯接缝、衣料衬里、拉链 等的粘接。应用于纺织工业上的热熔胶要有好的粘接强度、优异的柔软性、耐水洗/干洗。另外，由于织物在定型 过程中，大多要经过蒸汽处理，因此，要求胶具有耐高温蒸汽的特性，其软化点要求高于115℃，巳要有适当的 结晶度，以提高胶的热稳定性。例如，以聚酰胺为基体，其下限含量为45%(质量分数)。对于柔软性极好的纤维 织物，则要求热熔胶有较低的加工粘度。
①织物粘贴用热熔胶
以粘接代缝纫可大大减轻制衣劳动强度，且制作的服装精细、合身、结实牢固。用于织物粘贴的热熔胶主要 有聚酰胺、聚酪和聚氨酯等类。
