越来越多的社团搭建自己的微信公众平台，吸引更多的数字土著民的关注。
以江苏海事职业技术学院的英语话剧社团为例，分析社团现状，提出微信公众平台可以助力社团的发展，接着设计研究社团的微信公众平台。
经过三个阶段的宣传，总结微信公众平台运营英语话剧社团的优势和局限性。

支持跨通信运营商、跨操作系统平台通过网络快速发送免费（需消耗少量网络流量）语音短信、视频、图片和文字，同时，也可以使用通过共享流媒体内容的资料和基于位置的社交插件“摇一摇”“漂流瓶”“朋友圈””公众平台”“语音记事本”等服务插件。
2011年，微信一经推出，其快速、便利、灵活的信息交互特点和新潮、多样的便捷功能深深吸引了包括高职生在内的众多年轻人。
“95后”的大学生更愿意利用碎片化的时间来消化庞大的电子信息。
传统的社团宣传及活动发布已经无法满足电子信息“土著族”的需求，华中科技大学于2012年8月18日率先开通微信公众平台，创下国内高校微信文化传播之先例。
之后，其他高校陆续推出各类微信公众平台，这为我校英语话剧社团的建设提供了依据和参考。
下面，文章首先调查我校英语话剧社团的现状，发现问题，针对这些问题，课题组提出微信公众平台运营社团的具体实施步骤，最后总结经验和不足。
一、英语话剧社团的现状调查课题组成员以江苏海事职业技术学院为例，通过问卷星平台设计问卷调查，采用二维码扫描，随意抽取，共回收300份问卷，涵盖全校各个学院和专业。
具体有以下几个方面的倾向。
（一）低年级是主力军，被测者教育背景较为单一在调查的300份问卷中，大一、大二的比例相当，分别占44.33%和43.67%，大三学生仅占12%。
37%的被测者来自于经济管理学院，其他以轮机学院、电气与自动化工程学院居多。
继续教育学院没有学生参与调查。
从数据中我们可以看出，中低年级是社团活跃的生力军，三年级由于实习、就业、论文写作等压力基本不参加社团活动。
（二）被测者参加社团的目的性较强，不参加的原因较为集中300份问卷中，仅有15%的被测者参加过英语话剧社团的活动，参与面较窄。
参加的目的和原因非常明确：高达77.33%的学生希望通过社团活动提高英语口语能力，35%的学生期望学到一技之长。
另外，还有21.67%的学生想得到展示自己能力的平台，16.67%的学生愿意学习一些表演知识。
学生不愿意加入英语话剧社团的原因较为集中：71.33%的调查者认为自己的英语口语不好，不能胜任社团的活动。
这与上面愿意参加社团的原因相矛盾。
这部分学生想通过社团的活动提升英语口语，但是又惧怕口语是他们社团活动的障碍。
同时，我们也发现，有93%的学生认为英语话剧社团的活动能提高英语口语能力，78.67%的被测者也认同社团活动会提升自己的英语口语交际能力，告别交际困境。
这部分学生是英语话剧社团重点要发展的学生，他们有意愿参加社团，也肯定社团活动能够提高英语口语水平。
但是惧怕和畏难情绪成为他们加入社团的主要绊脚石。
只要帮助他们梳理情绪，就可以发展成为社团的主力军。
82.33%的学生也表示一旦加入社团就愿意善始善终，完成社团的每一个任务。
（三）被调查者对英语话剧社团的评价较为客观关于我校英语话剧社团的活动评价方面，学生的选择较为客观。
44%的学生认为不活跃，几乎不了解；33.67%的学生表示社团不太活跃，只在重大节日和迎新晚会上看过；22.33%的学生则给予鼓励：很活跃，经常看见英语话剧社参加校园活动。
在参加的学生中间，有57.67%的学生认为社团活动对英语学习有很大帮助，仅有3.33%的学生认为没有帮助。
说明，学生对社团的活动效果还是予以肯定的。
二、以微信公众平台助力社团运营从上面的调查分析可以看出，英语话剧社团的知名度不高，活动参与度较低，但是参与的学生还是给予肯定。
针对此现象，课题组提出以微信公众平台运营社团的想法。
因为在高职生中，绝大多数人都有使用微信的习惯，这为微信在高职院校社团管理中的应用奠定了良好的基础。
微信是一种深受高职生喜爱且传播效率极高的新兴网络媒体，它不但弥补了传统信息管理方式在社团管理中的不足，更加契合了年轻人追赶潮流、渴望被了解与关注的心理特征，已然成为一种深刻影响他们的行为和心理的生活方式。
具体实施步骤如下：（一）根据前期问卷调查，完成微信公众平台的设计课题组认真研究之前的社团现状问卷调查，根据调查中所反映出的问题，我们多次商讨后，将社团的微信公众平台“海院英剧汇”分为三个模块：1.话剧溶洞，主要包括剧本和视频。
2.时代巨匠，主要向学生介绍现当代话剧界的大家。
3.呀。
这一部分完全为了吻合我校学生兴趣开辟的栏目，主要放一些他们喜爱的音乐和激励的文字。
（二）精选话剧剧本，拍摄编辑视频英语话剧社团组织多场人才招纳活动，询问学生对话剧题材的偏好。
发现排名前三名的是搞笑，占62.7%；爱情，占38，59%；古装，占28.57%。
于是，我们将这三个题材糅合在一起，参考网络最具大学生人气的话剧剧本，然后进行改编，增加能够引起我校学生共鸣的内容。
共选出“荆轲刺秦、甄嬛传、三打白骨精、倩女幽魂”等剧目，组织社团内容以及其他热爱话剧的学生分小组进行排练。
之所以选择中国家喻户晓的题材进行英文创作、改编，是因为大学生非常熟悉内容，搞笑滑稽的创作能够颠覆原有话剧的形象，也可以让英语听力薄弱的学生通过画面获取信息，更有效地为社团“圈粉”，起到宣传、运营社团的作用。
（三）社团微信公众平台的宣传在完善平台的设计和内容后，课题组进行分阶段、多角度的宣传活动。
第一阶段的宣传活动是面对面扫码关注活动。
我们课题组与我校另外两个社团合作，分成两组。
首先制作宣传海报，上面印制我社团活动剪影，微信公众平台的二维码等信息。
其次，宣传组向扫码的学生介绍社团情况以及平台模块，并派发小礼物。
最后，听取现场学生的意见，进行平台的修改和美化。
第二阶段，英语话剧社团、课题组成员以及指导老师进行微信朋友圈和QQ空间的宣传。
我们通过朋友圈扫码和点赞活动，在学生的圈子里发布社团微信公众平台的消息，收到良好的效果。
第三阶段，老师与学生在班级的社团微信公众平台的宣传活动。
在前期的宣传、运营基础之上，课题组通过部分任课老师与班委向学生进行推送活动，以期更多的学生关注该微信平台。
由于有老师的参与，所以学生的积极性也更加高涨，事半功倍。
第四阶段，课题组通过江苏海事职业技术学院的团委官方微信公众平台和所在的经济管理学院的微信公众平台进行推文宣传，不仅让更多的学生关注我们，还希望增加学生对英语话剧的兴趣，积极参与到我们的活动中来，或者线上或线下收看我们的话剧。
三、“微运营”的成果和局限性通过四个阶段的平台宣传活动，社团微信公众平台的关注人数从原来的7个人猛增到375人，效果突出。
课题组通过问卷调查了解平台的运营效果，在被调查的539位学生中，74.58%的学生认为“海院英语汇”有助于提高英语话剧社团的知名度和全员参与度。
在询问学生社团活动频率时，61.97%的学生认为活动较多，效果较好。
较之前的22.23%的数据有了极大的增长。
可见，微信平台运营社团初见成效。
同时，课题组也听到不一样的声音。
在问卷调查中，有关“你会通过哪种方式收看我们的话剧表演？”大多数学生更倾向于体验现场气氛，仅有19.48%的学生希望不出门，通过微信公众平台收看。
可见，微信公众平台只是社团演出的一个有益补充，不能完全替代传统的表演方式。
微信已有的功能十分完善，然而对其功能的选择和利用则要从社团的实际情况出发。
针对社团活动流于形式、内容趋同的问题，微信平台可以提供线上报名、签到、活动方案投票，直播活动开展情况，实时互动分享活动感悟，以及评价反馈活动成效的功能。
针对社团活动参与度低的情况，线上活动很好地解决了众多社员难以协调的时间与场地问题，社员可以随时随地了解活动动态，通过回顾精彩活动瞬间，保证了活动的推广度，同时节约了线下组织活动的成本。
在新形势下，社团不是简简单单地开一个公众号就可以拿到新时代传媒的入场券。
在微信时代下社团发展不是变得更简单了，而是变得更复杂了。
社团不再简单的是兴趣和爱好的交集，因为学生可以以各种方式获得他们爱好和兴趣的技能培训和相关知识，而且这些途径更为便捷和易获得。
这时候社团必须充分发挥其娱乐性、社交性，使社团变得好玩，可以交到好多朋友才是社团的工作重心。
而学生的兴趣点总是会变的，这就要求社团管理者在微信运营时不断创新。
课题组在日后的微信公众平台功能开放、内容和形式上要形成自己的风格，以区分其他社团的公众平台，以吸引社团以外的更多学生参与。
