2.7分数与小数的互化知识点:1、一个分数可以化成有限小数和无限循环小数。

上海市玉华中学教师队伍建设四年行动计划
(2007年—2010年)
根据《普陀区教育系统教师队伍建设四年行动计划》的文件精神,紧密结合我校实际,围绕学校办学目标和育人目标,建设一支高水平的教师队伍,为全面推进素质教育,促进学校内涵发展和可持续发展,全面提升教育教学质量。

特制定本行动计划。

一、指导思想和总体目标:
(一)指导思想:
坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,树立和落实科学发展观,以“规范领先,特色示范,人文管理”的办学理念统领和推进教师队伍的专业化发展,全面提升我校教师队伍的综合素质。

(二)总体目标:
以校本研修制度建设为核心,以“十一.五”教师继续教育为载体。

通过专业引领、伙伴合作,在行动研究中不断解决教育教学的实际问题,造就一批学科、职称、年龄分布均衡合理的领军人物和中坚骨干。

二、学校目前师资队伍现状:
目前,学校共有在编在岗教师70人,其中大学本科学历50人,占教师总数71.4%;大专学历19人,占27%;高级教师9人,占教师总数13%;中级职称教师46人,占66%;初级职称教师15人,占21%。

当前,学校教师敬业爱岗,热情对待工作,自觉研究二期课改新理念,
充分认识到在教育教学中贯彻“两纲”的重要性和紧迫性,但与此同时,教师也面临着如何将现代教育理念转化为自觉的育人行为的困惑,这也是学校在实现“建设一支适应时代发展需要的高品质教师队伍,办普陀区一流的、优质的、普陀人民满意的民办学校”的办学目标,过程中亟待解决的难题。

三、基本任务:
(一)打造一支高素质教师队伍
1、加强师德建设
坚持育人为本、德育为先,把立德树人和社会主义核心价值体系融入到学校教育教学工作中。

确实加强师德建设的组织领导,通过各种途径不断提高教师思想觉悟、师德修养,引导教师在教书育人中以学生为本,关爱学生、爱岗敬业。

通过强化师德教育、强化监督考核、强化激励约束,以此大力弘扬学为人师、行为示范的职业道德,全面提高教师素质。

2、提升学历层次
至2010年力争做到
教师中本科以上学历比例达到95%以上,其中具有研究生学历或学位、研究生课程班学习经历教师比例达到10%。

3、优化职称结构
至2010年力争做到
教师中具有中、高级职务的比例分别达到86%和15%。

4、培养信息素养
100%的教师接受现代教育技术培训,达到“新四个模块”的技术要求。

加强信息技术与课程整合的研究和实践,结合区“十一.五”师训,教研信息技术平台应用课题研究等途径,提升教师信息素养。

至2010年,80%的教师具有较强的信息技术与课程整合的能力。

5、提高专业能力
根据《普陀区教育系统教师队伍建设四年行动计划》中对初级教师、中级教师、高级教师的要求,组织教师认真学习“二期课改”理念,根据“二期课改”的基本要求,探索教育教学规律,在实践中不断提高专业能力。

(三)打造一支区、校骨干教师梯队
工作目标
在现有教师专业发展的基础上,立足自培、引进交流,在整体提高教师专业水平的同时打造学校的区级、校级骨干教师队伍,形成骨干教师队伍发展序列——校教坛新秀、校教学(教育)能手、校高级指导教师、区教坛新秀、区教学(教育)能手、区高级指导教师,并制定和完善相应的专业标准,力争在班主任队伍中培养4—8名班级管理和教育教学能力双发展带头人,2—4名语、数、外各学科的校级教学骨干,2名校级高级指导教师,1—2名达到区级教坛新秀和1—2名区级教育教学能手,2名区级学科带头人。

教坛新秀的要求:师德良好,学科专业知识扎实、心理学、教育学等基础理论来指导教育教学实践,教坛新秀每学年须上区公开课1次以上。

教学(教育)能手的要求:师德优良,个性、特长、较强的教科研能力、相应的研究成果,带教青年教师能力。

教学(教学)能手每学年须上区公开课1次以上,指导教师1—2名,发表1篇教科研论文。

高级指导教师的要求:风格、特色、成绩突出,在指导学科建设方面成绩显著,高级指导教师每学年须上区示范课1次以上,指导1所学校的学科建设,发表1篇以上教科研论文。

推荐校教坛新秀、校教学(教育)能手、校高级指导教师积极申报区教坛新秀、区教学(教育)能手及区高级指导教师。

四、主要措施:
1、加强制度建设,确立教师个人发展规划
制定《十一.五师训五年规划》、《十一.五师训基础性实践课程行动计划》,作为教师队伍建设的指导依据。

在此基础上,每位教师结合自身的实际情况设计个人三年发展规划和当年的行动计划,确立自己的发展目标。

2、加强师德建设,培养教师敬业精神
学校制定《玉华中学师德规范》,对教师在校内外的言行举止等都作了明确的规定,同时也确立了评价教师道德修养的一个标准。

此标准不仅旨在约束教师的言行,更加关注对教师的教育与培养作用,帮助教师养成高尚的师德素养。

此外,学校还发动教职员工自愿成立爱生志愿者服务队等活动,以此创建全员育人、全程育人、学生健康成长的乐园,并借此弘扬“德高为师”的崇高师德精神。

3、以教研组建设为抓手,推行校本研修
建立专业引领直接对话的教研机制,运用走出去、请进来的方法,开展校际教研交流活动,营造同伴互助,分享交流的教研氛围,推动学校的校本研修活动。

学校努力为每一位教师的发展提供便利,对于初级教师的适应性发展,
主要通过观课、师徒结对、课例研究,使教学知识有效转化为教学能力,促进经验的快速形成;对经验教师则通过“专业引领的合作伙伴制”,学习他人的有益经验,总结自身的实践经验,逐渐提高研究素养和研究能力,努力向研究型教师发展;研究型教师的专业发展主要通过申报各级各类课题或领衔指导学校学科建设与发展工作,要求出经验,出成果。

4、以教科研为抓手,开展有效教学的行动研究
以学校主课题“新课改背景下的有效教学的行动研究”,促进教师教育教学观念的更新,改变教师的教法和学法,提高教师实施新课程的能力和水平。
