3.3 卖方应购买符合CIF条款的运输保险，以确保货物在装运途中遭受损失或灭失时能够获得赔偿。
四、验收和索赔4.1 货物运抵目的地后，买方应立即进行验收。
4.2 如发现货物有任何损坏、灭失或其他质量问题，买方应立即通知卖方并尽快提供相关证据。
4.3 如果买方未在货物运抵目的地后（天数）内提出索赔，将被视为验收合格。
4.4 如果货物发生损坏、灭失或其他质量问题，卖方应在接到买方索赔通知后，尽快采取适当措施解决问题，包括修理、更换货物或部分退款等。
五、违约责任5.1 如果任何一方未能履行本合同的任何义务，应向对方支付违约金，违约金的金额为货物总价的（百分比）。
