环氧／多巯基型无色透明胶粘剂的研制
环氧／多巯基型无色透明胶粘剂的研制采用自制多巯基固化剂与E-51环氧树脂制备了一种环氧/多巯基型无色透明胶粘剂，对其拉伸剪切强度、黏度、紫外-可见光透过率等性能进行了研究，并在相同条件下与使用进口固化剂的胶粘剂性能进行了对比。
结果表明，随着固化温度升高，2种胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度均不断提高，在固化温度达到110 ℃时拉伸剪切强度均达到最大，随后开始下降。
随温度升高，2种胶粘剂黏度均不断下降。
紫外-可见光透过率的测试表明，固化温度对进口胶粘剂的透明度影响很大，80 ℃透过率就明显下降。
固化温度在80 ℃内，自制胶粘剂的紫外-可见光透过率变化不大。
在此环氧体系中，使用自制固化剂的胶粘剂在耐温性方面具有一定优势。

针对光学仪器用或者其他要求光学透明的领域而开发的高透明环氧树脂胶粘剂的研究成为21世纪以来一大科研热点[1～5]。
硫醇是环氧固化剂的重要品种，配合环氧树脂使用可制得无色透明快速固化环氧胶粘剂[6]。
但是由于硫醇固化剂的生产工艺要求较高，目前该类固化剂主要依赖进口[7～12]。
本文以E-51环氧树脂为A组分树脂粘料，以实验室自制的多巯基化合物为固化剂，制得了一种环氧/多巯基型无色透明胶粘剂。
在力学性能、黏度、光学性能等方面进行了研究，并在相同体系中与进口环氧/多巯基型胶粘剂进行了性能对比研究。
2 实验部分2.1 原料及仪器季戊四醇、β-巯基丙酸，百灵威科技；多巯基固化剂，实验室自制；E-51环氧树脂，南亚化工股份有限公司；进口固化剂，聚硫醇与2，4，6-三（二甲氨基甲基）苯酚的混合物。
