课题名称：Unit 1 Women of achievement课程模块及章节：Book 4 Unit 1 第二课时 (Reading)教学背景分析（一）课标的理解与把握本课时主要进行阅读训练，要求学生通过阅读，掌握课文内容。
学习本单元内容有助于提高学生对妇女的社会角色的认识，培养学生（尤其是女学生）的自信心、事业心和社会责任感，建立正确的性别观和社会观。
