浅谈公路工程路基拼宽施工技术

1工程概况洋河大道(黄河南路)快速化改造工程,路线北起325省道,之后向南沿现有老路进行改扩建,下穿新扬高速、徐宿淮盐铁路,终点至洋河新区古黄河大道,路线全长约10.832公里。
本工程现状道路为二级公路,建成于1998年,两侧于2002年新增绿化培土宽15m 到20m ,与路面同高。
其中港城路至云帆大道段于2018年拓宽新建为城市主干道,路基宽度30m ;古黄河桥至玉带河路段于2012年改线新建为城市主干路,路基宽度42m ,改造后的技术标准为一级公路兼城市快速路,设计时速80km/h ,主向六车道,全线两侧设置贯通的辅道。
本工程大量工程量为两侧路基拼接加宽施工,并且需要保证该区域原先存在的高速公路交通能够持续正常运营。
路基拓宽工程病害的根源是新老路基的不协调变形,新老路基不协调变形主要是由新老路基结合部的蠕滑或滑移、新路基与老路基遭到外部力量碾压导致的压缩形变以及新路基与老路基因为不均匀沉降而产生的差异三部分组成;同时在进行也拓宽施工时因为各种条件而引起的工程病害的主导变形也多种多样,为此应该采取恰当且合乎实际情况的质量提升方案来改善施工品质。
2拼宽路基设计培土范围:迁移绿植,并对培土外侧边坡及培土绿化范围清表30cm ,确保无植物根茎及腐殖质后,挖除培土至原地面标高;拓宽侧原地面清表30cm 。
路基填筑高度H1/H2=路缘带外边缘设计标高-原地面标高;H4=人行道外边缘设计标高-原地面标高。
2.1控制标准 2.1.1行车道/辅道当路基填筑高度H1/H2≤(路面结构厚度+0.9),清表后向下开挖至新建路床底部以下40cm 处,翻挖25cm 掺6%石灰碾压,压实度≥90%;其上填筑40cm6%石灰土,分两层压实,压实度分别要求≥93%、94%;路床80cm 采用2%水泥+5%石灰土填筑,压实度≥96%。
当路基填筑高度H1/H2>(路面结构厚度+0.9),清表后翻挖25cm 掺6%石灰碾压,压实度≥90%;基底填筑40cm6%石灰土,压实度≥93%;路基中部填筑6%石灰土,其中上路堤范围压实度≥94%,下路堤范围压实度≥93%;路床80cm 采用2%水泥+5%石灰土填筑,压实度≥96%。

但是从已建沥青路面的使用情况上来看,仍存在一些问题。
本文首先对沥青路面结构设计的设计原则和方法进行介绍,并分析设计中存在的问题及解决措施,以期望给路面设计提供指导依据。
