特种材料之哈氏合金介绍

哈氏合金(Hastelloyalloy)一、引言哈氏合金是镍基合金的一种,目前主要分为B、C、G三个系列,它主要用于铁基Cr-Ni或Cr-Ni-Mo不锈钢、非金属材料等无法使用的强腐蚀性介质场合,在国外已广泛应用于石油、化工、环保等诸多领域。
其牌号和典型使用场合如下表所示。
为改善哈氏合金的耐蚀性能和冷、热加工性能,哈氏合金先后进行了三次重大改进,其发展过程如下:B系列:B →B-2(00Ni70Mo28) →B-3C系列:C →C-276(00Cr16Mo16W4) →C-4(00Cr16Mo16) →C-22(00Cr22Mo13W3) →C-2000(00Cr20Mo16)G系列:G →G-3(00Cr22Ni48Mo7Cu)→G-30(00Cr30Ni48Mo7Cu)目前使用最广泛的是第二代材料N10665(B-2)、N10276(C-276)、N06022(C-22)、N06455(C-4)和N06985(G-3)。
第三代材料N10675(B-3)、N10629(B-4)、N06059(C-59)处于推广阶段。
由于冶金技术的进步,近年来出现了多个牌号的含~6%Mo的所谓“超级不锈钢”,替代了G系列合金,使得G系列合金的生产和使用迅速下降。
二、典型哈氏合金化学成分三、力学性能哈氏合金的力学性能非常突出,它具有高强度、高韧性的特点,所以在机加工方面有一定的难度,而且其应变硬化倾向极强,当变形率达到15%时,约为18-8不锈钢的两倍。
哈氏合金还存在中温敏化区,其敏化倾向随变形率的增加而增大。
当温度较高时,哈氏合金易吸收有害元素使它的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能下降。
材料的力学性能四、常用哈氏合金1:Hastelloy B-2alloy(哈氏B-2合金)一、耐蚀性能哈氏B-2合金是一种有极低含碳量和含硅量的Ni-Mo合金,它减少了在焊缝及热影响区碳化物和其他相的析出,从而确保即使在焊接状态下也有良好的耐蚀性能。

5.2 端子定义6 使用说明6.1 电源状态指示(1)充电,绿色,电池充电指示,电池充电时亮,电池放电或电池活化时熄灭;(2)放电,红色,电池放电指示,电池放电时或电池活化时亮,电池充电及电池放电结束时熄灭;(3)活化,黄色,电池活化时亮,否则熄灭;(4)欠压,红色,电池或电源输出欠压时亮,否则熄灭;(5)故障,红色,电源输出过压时亮,否则熄灭。
6.2 按键功能及使用(1)活化ON,轻触式按键,电池活化手动启动;(2)活化OFF,轻触式按键,电池活化手动退出;(3)电池ON,轻触式按键,电池手动投入;(4)电池OFF,轻触式按键,电池手动退出;(5) 活化按键,按一下活化ON 键则电源进入电池活化状态,此时放电指示灯亮,电池对负载及放电电阻放电;可手动按一下活化OFF 键退出电池活化,否则电源自动完成电池活化。
电池按键,本产品的外接电池投入系统需要有输入电压触发,否则不能直接投入系统为负载供电。
在工程调试或初次接入电池还没有交流输入时,按一下电池ON 键,则电池投入为负载供电,此时放电指示灯亮,可手动按住电池OFF 键5 秒切断电池,或电池放电到欠压关断点后自动切断电池;按住电池ON 键可以在电池电压低于欠压关断点时,应急强制电池对负载输出。
注意:在交流有电时电池按键功能不起作用;强制输出时间不宜过长,以免损坏电池。
6.3 电源的使用(1)本电源在输入交流电后即可工作,电源本身对负载输出电流,同时为电池进行恒流恒压充电,当电池充电完成后,电源自动转为浮充电状态,此时电源提供浮充电压及电流补充电池的正常自放电; (2)交流断电时,电池不间断为负载供电,0 切换时间,当电池放电至欠压告警点时,输出电池欠压告警信号,当电池放电低于欠压保护点时,电源自动关闭负载输出;如果需要提前关断电池输出,可手动按电池OFF键5 秒或遥控由CP U 控制的继电器把电源的电池遥控退出端子B G与V G 短接一次(不小于5 秒)则电池提前关断。

Flexibility is made possible through firmware that allows the IC to automatically recognize and decode the most popular bar code symbologies. User imple-mentation is easy since only a few supporting components are required.The HBCR-1610 series decodes the most popular bar code symbologies used in applications in government, retail, industrial and medical markets. The IC automatically discriminates anddecodes the followingsymbologies:• Code 39 (Standard orExtended)• Interleaved 2 of 5• UPC A, E0, E1• EAN/JAN 8, 13• Codabar• Code 128All bar codes may be scannedbidirectionally except for UPC/EAN/JAN bar codes with supple-mental digits, which must bescanned so that the supplementaldigits are scanned last.Scanner InputThe HBCR-1610 decode ICs aredesigned to accept input fromhand held digital scanners andslot readers. The maximum scanspeed is 30 ips (73 cm/s).Data CommunicationsThe serial port supports a varietyof baud rates, parity, and stopbits as described in Table 5. TheIC has a “Single Read Mode”which allows the applicationprogram to stop data input until a“Next Read” command has beenreceived. This allows the hostcomputer to process datatransmissions before enablingsubsequent reads. Control of datatransmission is available usingthe standard XON/XOFF (D1/D3)handshake.The parallel port is accomplishedvia an external 74HCT646 (octalbus transceiver) or two74HCT574s (octal latches).There are handshake lines forboth data and commands.Feedback FeaturesBoth audible and visual feedbackare possible with the HBCR-1610series. In both cases, thefeedback outputs from the ICshould be buffered before drivingthe transducer. An LED or beeperconnected to the IC is eithercontrolled directly by the IC, withsignals generated by successfuldecodes, or controlled by thehost system. The maximum current draw is 24mA. The maximum power supply ripple voltage should be less than 100mV, peak-to-peak.Idle ModeThe IC automatically reduces power consumption whenever there is no scanning or decoding activity, or when there is no activity on the I/O port. Default configuration of many of the options is dependent on the logic states of IC pins, as shown in Table 5. A complete descrip-tion of the pins and all possible configurations is in the Users Manual. More complete and flexible configuration is achieved using escape sequence commands.There are two pins that cause significant changes in the IC operation.Table 1. There is areliability concern that moisture may then enter the package over a period of time, and metal corrosion may take place,degrading the IC performance.To reduce the amount ofabsorbed moisture and prevent cracking, all of the surface mount ICs should undergo one of the following baking cycles. The parts MUST then be mounted within 48 hours. If the parts are not mounted within 48 hours,they must be rebaked.The total number of baking cycles must not exceed two (2).
