By studying of this lesson, students can know the growing process of kittens, so it plays an important position of this unit.The 2nd part is the analysis of students.Students of Grade 5 have learned English for 2 years, so they knew many English words, sentences and so on. But their abilities of reading and writing need to be improved, so I’ll use many different teaching methods to help them.The 3rd part is the analysis of teaching objectives.According to the New English Curriculum Standard, I set the 3 objectives as follows:Knowledge objectives:Students can understand the general idea of the dairies.Students can know the format of a dairy and the growing process of kittens.Ability objectives:Students can read this passage and can write the words and diaries correctly.Emotional objectives:Students’ interest for re ading and writing can be aroused and they can improve their awareness of loving animals.According to the 3 objectives, I set the key points and difficult points as follows:Key points:Students can use the main sentence structures and key words of this unit in a proper way.Students are able to develop their abilities of reading and writing.Difficult points:Students can write the words and sentences correctly and know how to read and write diaries by themselves.The 4th part is the analysis of teaching and learning methods.In this lesson, I’ll mainly use Audio-lingual teaching method and task-based teaching method.As for students, I’ll lead them to discuss in groups so as to become the real host of the class.And I’ll use many teaching aids such as vi deo, PPT, taper recorder to catch their attentions.Now, it comes to the next part, the analysis of teaching procedures.At the beginning, the students are going to sing a song with me to attract their attentions. It’s my pleasureto interpret my teaching design here.I’m going to interpret my design at six aspects.Teachingcontent, analysis of students, teaching aims, teaching methodsand learning strategy,teaching process, effect presuppositionand solutions.Firstly,it’s about teaching content.This lesson is thesecond lesson in Unit 4 When is Easter of PEP Grade Five.Thedialogues about the dates of different festivals.Secondly, it is about the students. I’ll talk about thestudents at two sides. One side is students’knowledge basis.They have learned the words of month. They have known somefestivals like Children’s Day, New Year’s Day. And they canexpress which month a festival is in. The other side is thecharacter of the students. Our students are in Grade5. Theyare interested in new things and they are active andcreative,but they can’t control themselves very well.So theinterest of teaching activity is very important to attractstudents’ attention.Thirdly, it’s about the teaching aims. According tostudents’ability and knowledge, I set four teaching aims. Thefirst one is knowledge aims. Students can express the dates ofdifferent festivals and students can use the dialogue:Whenis ...? It’s on... The second one is ability aims. Studentshave the ability to express their activities in differentfestivals. Because I think the ability of communication is themost important for people who are learning a foreignlanguage.The third one is moral aims. Students can respect others' culture. And I think the important point is that students can express the dates of different festivals and the difficult point is that students have the ability to express their activities in different festivals.Next, I want to explain my teaching methods and students’learning strategy. In order to attract students’ attention, I use game teaching method. Communication is the most important skill for English learners, so I use communicative teaching method. And for primary it is a little difficult to learn new sentences and phrases at the same time. So I teach the new knowledge with old knowledge. And for students, they can use cooperative learning. They learn new sentences in groups with my help.Then, I will focus on the teaching process.I will finish the lesson in three steps. Step1 is warm up. At this step I use a song (months of the year) to lead in.I have two purposes to use the song. One is to create a good situation to learn English. The other one is to review the words of months. And then I talk with students about the four seasons and activities in different seasons. I talk with students as we are chatting. So students can talk more smoothly.Step2 is presentation. First, I create a situation to invite students to an Easter party and encourage students to win the invitation to the party. Then I design a guessing game. I show students five cards and make students choose anyone and guess the festivals behind the cards. We talk about the festivals, including the dates and activities. At this step, students can learn the new dialogues and practice them. After this, students will do practice and finish pair work with each other.At last, I take students back to the dialogueson book. Students listen, watch and practice. Now I’d like to share a micro class with you. Step3 is extension. In this part, I design three activities. The first one is to watch a video about Mother’s Day and answer a question:What will you do for your mum on Mother’s Day? Students have a chance to express their ideas freely. The second one is to fill in a table and students talk about the table. Students in Grade5 are supposed to develop the writing ability. And this table is helpful to improve students’ writing and speaking abilities. The third one is moral education .I want to make students know that different countries have different culture. We should respect others' culture.At last, I’d like to share my ideas about effect presupposition and solutions. After warming up, game teaching and practice, students are supposed to express the dates and activities. And they are also supposed to be able to finish language output. But they may face some problems. They may be confused by the use of in and on to express the dates. So I will pay attention to correct their expression in time and colour the word into red. And they may forget the ordinary numbers when they say the dates. So I will remind them and help them do more practice during the teaching process.In my opinion, to develop students’ability of communication is the final purpose of teaching. So at each teaching step I design a free talk with students. I hope students can use English more naturally and smoothly.。

Read and write部分说课稿two new kittens Hello, dear judges! Today, it is my great honour to be here to present my lesson plan. And the topic I am going to talk about is from PEP book 6 unit four partC, read and write two new kittens. I plan to explain what to teach, how to teach, and why I do so from the following aspects.
Kitten 这个话题与学生的生活密切相关,这不仅能很快的激发学生对相关经验的回忆,还能调动学生的积极性。

它的主要内容为一篇关于小猫成长的文章,主要分为阅读和仿写两个部分,它是对本单元前面所学内容的拓展和综合应用。

该教学内容的对象是五年级的学生,他们的自主意识有了一定程度的发展并且经过两年多的学习,他们积累了一定的基础知识和基本技能;同时,在本单元前面的课时中,学生们对基本单词、词组和句型有了一定的了解和掌握。

因此,根据英语课程标准的分级目标要求,结合学生的知识基础和学习需求以及具体的教学内容,我确定如下教学目标:
知识目标:
1.学生能听说读写单词kitten because still fur等
2.学生能听说读写词组make noise, play with 等
技能目标:
1.学生能在教师和图片的帮助下,理解整篇文章的大意
2.学生能掌握根据关键字提取信息的能力
情感态度目标:
学生能在阅读过程中体验阅读的乐趣,养成阅读的习惯
其中,学生能听说读写单词kitten because still fur等,学生能听说读写词组make noise, play with 等是重点,而学生能在教师和图片的帮助下,理解整篇文章的大意;学生能掌握根据关键字提取信息的能力既是本课时的重点,也是难点。

为了帮助学生有效的掌握重点和突破难点,我将采用直观教学法、计算机辅助教学法、情境教学法等多种教学方法来提高课堂效率。

另外,根据斯金纳的强化学习理论,我将对课堂表现好的学生及时地给予正强化,例如,我可以对他们说“well-done excellent”;可以为他们鼓掌,为他们竖大拇指,或者给他们一个温暖的拥抱。

根据以上对教材、学生以及方法等方面的分析,我将我的教学流程设计如下:
At first, I’d like use an active and interactive way to greet my students,for example:
T: hello , boys and girls, good moring to you.(边说边做动作)
S: hello, Miss good moring to you, too.(双手在头顶做剪刀手动作)
T: Do you like cats?
S: We like, yes we do; we love, yes we do!
用一种激情的方式跟学生互动,不仅可以让学生快速的投入课堂,还能为下面的学习做铺垫。

Then comes our first step warming-up. I plan to hold a memory competition about the words and expressions learnt in the last lessons. The group who can memorize the most will get one score and get the applause from the whole class.
采用记忆大赛的形式不仅可以激发学生的相关知识储备,还可以锻炼学生的小组合作能力。

About the pre-reading, i will play a video about the information of the kittens’ growth.
采用视频的方式不仅可以吸引学生的注意力,还有利于学生更直观的获取信息。

As for while-reading, i will use three steps to help my students to understand the whole passgae. First of all, i will give my students three minutes to skim the passage and ask them to underline the new words for them, and let the students who know the new words to help others, if they still do not know, i will use pictures, videos,cards to explain for them.
让学生自己发现自己不认识的单词,有利于教师根据学生的需求进行教学;让学生相互帮忙解释不认识的单词,可以增强学生的互助意识。

The second step, i will give my students five minutes to scan the passage and ask them to answer who is kitten, underline the date they can meet,and try to do the work in read and match.让学生带着问题阅读,可以提升学生根据关键字提取信息的能力。

The third step, i will divide my students into groups to disscuss’”what are kittens like on each date? What can they do on each date?” and they can present thier answers in charts.
让学生自己自己去发现、归纳、总结,不仅可以锻炼学生的思维,还能提升学生的自主学习能力。

At last comes the post reading. I will play a sentece about kittens on the computer, explain it to my students, and ask them to imitate the sentence.
关于我的板书设计,主板书最上面是标题two new kittens,中间是有关猫特点以及它能
做事情的表格,左侧板书是相关的单词和词组,右侧板书是小组合作的表现情况,然后我会在下方用简笔画拦一个框,使整个板书设计看起来像是一座房子的形状。

总之,作为课堂的引导者和帮助者,我始终坚持以学生为中心,以提升学生的兴趣为原则,我采用各种方法尽量让每位学生参与到课堂中来,让他们成为真正的交际者和乐学者。
