来到中央的大门处需要解开一道谜题，将三种石版按着里面眼球的数量排到右边就可以打开。
之后就会看到1代的医生，剧情后转变里世界打BOSS。
BOSS：凶兽很好打的BOSS,靠近攻击他几次后离开，它连技和冲撞判定都不大，基本以跑动游走战术就可以搞定，切忌原地待机，否则会被爬上天棚的凶兽急降下或酸水打到。
