ACS800 Trouble Shotting

故障處理
1.電纜過熱跳閘：檢查電機負載，檢查電機電纜及型號，對參數組36中電纜熱模型參數進行確認。
2.傳動單元通信終端：檢查RMIO板之間的光纖連接，換上新的光纖試試。
3.櫃體溫度過高：加強冷卻。 4.轉子被鎖住電機不能進行ID RUN：檢查是否有上位機控制
系統接入傳動單元，斷開輔助電源并重新啟動，檢查電機軸是否鎖住了。 5.在運行中直流開關打開：啟動前閉合逆變器輸入直流線端子和公共直流母線之間的直流開關。
4.本地控制丟失功能：本地控制設備（控制盤或DriveWindow）和變頻器之間的通信停止。
5.短路：發生電路短路，傳動將不能啟動，發出故障“SHORT CIRC”，將FW_1（09.01）第0位置1。
6.超速故障：傳動輸出頻率超出預置頻率，傳動將停止，並且發出故障“OVER FREQ”，FW_1（09.01）的第9位置1。

2.通信監控：RMIO診斷監視著來自上位機的信息。監視功能是由參數70.4CH0 TIME OUT激活的。
3.逆變器過溫故障：傳動逆變器功率模塊溫度，當溫度超過 115℃，給出報警將參數9.04的第4位置1。
4.過流：過流跳閘極限值是3.5倍的重載使用時的額定電機電流。在故障記錄中將出現故障報警信號。
4.所有的燈都亮：該相或功率模塊比其他的要熱。
