房地产相关的英文术语real estate:[riəl isˈteit]房地产；不动产developer：[dɪˈveləpə(r)] 开发者CBD：中央商务区 (Central['sentrəl] Business[ˈbɪznəs District ['dɪstrɪkt]CBD应具备以下特征：现代城市商务中心，汇聚世界众多知名企业，经济、金融、商业高度集中，众多最好的写字楼、商务酒店和娱乐中心，最完善便利的交通，最快捷的通讯与昂贵的地价。
CLD：中央居住区，指由若干个居住区组成的可以满足城市居民居住、教育、购物、娱乐、休闲的大型集中型居住区，国际上普遍称为Central['sentrəl] Living ['lɪvɪŋ] District['dɪstrɪkt]（简称CLD）。
CLD最重要的两个因素是空间和环境。
COD：中央行政区，全称是CentraL Official[əˈfɪʃl] District ，其名称源于该区内汇集了多家国家部委、机关、办事CID：以中关村为中心的高科技园区，是Central Information[ˈɪnfəˈmeɪʃn] District 的缩写。
这是一个过渡的概念，并不成熟。
很多关于CID的提法，都是与CBD和CLD共存的。
SOHO：小型居家办公室，是Small Office['ɒfɪs], Home [həum ]Office的缩写。
