1.应用了哪种新媒体和新技术的哪些功能，效果如何？
本节课主要使用了微课助学功能，针对将来时Be going to句型录制的。短小精悍，一个议题，一个重点，都是针对学生学习中的疑难问题设计，非常适合学生自学。自学后学生做微课中讲过的练习，巩固所学，起到了很好的效果。
3.新技术应用于教学的创新点及效果思考(教学组织创新、教学设计创新等)。
在播放微课前给学生提出任务与要求，观看后原题重做，引导学生中讲解，个个突破。微课可以反复播放，使那些平时反应慢的又羞于发问的学生能够从容的反复观看，较好的解决了后进生的转化问题。从而更好地突破了教学更加用心关注微课视频，以后的两人对话和小组合作调查后作报告都是按照微课所讲的一般将来时Be Going to 句型进行。更好地巩固了所学知识，实现了教学目标。
4.对新技术的教学适用性的思考及对其有关功能改进的建议或意见。
制作微课就是微研究的过程，一线教师在实际教学中把发现问题，分析问题，解决问题的过程制成微课，简单实用，本身就是一个教学反思的过程，能有效促进教师的业务成长。微课便于互联网和移动设备的传播，方便了教师之间教学经验和方法的交流， 微课便于教师进行知识管理，有效促进教师的专业发展，很好提高教学效果。微课制作简单，形式新颖，通过微课可以进行资源的积累、分享和交流，可以有效提高教师的自信心和成就感，并提高教师学科教学与信息技术的整合能力.

教后记：
针对我的教学设计和教学活动，通过上课后我有以下几点思考：
（1）学生在完成听力训练后，应邀请别的同学来进行检测，这样可以有效地促使其他同学上课认真听讲，而且还能够增强学生对英语学习任务的挑战欲望。
（2）多给学生一些自由练习的空间，让他们能够在自己的语言交流中体会到成就感。
（3）通过本堂课，我对如何备好课，吸引学生，启发学生思维，培养学生学习能力有了更进一步的认识。
深刻体会到了备课既要备教材，也要备学生的真正含义。

1a中罗列出学生之前学过的以及本单元新学的关于职业的词汇，通过问题What do you want to be when you grow up? How are you going to do that来导入对话，呈现出本单元want to be和be going to的重点句型，并由此引出学生对自己职业理想的打算和思考。
1a—1c通过大量的对话训练和听力练习，以my dream job为话题学习相关的生词和基本句型，并进而引出本单元的重要话题---- 生活目标（life goals）本课时旨在创造一个轻松、愉快的学习、交流环境，通过听、说、读、写来培养学生综合运用语言。
教材Section A 中出现的难点在于学生对未来憧憬多种多样，表达的时候会受到词汇的限制，不利于学生对部分形容词的理解和学习。
基于以上情况，在这堂课的设计中，马老师就提前做好准备，帮助学生能正确应用相关职业的词汇来谈论自己的职业理想，并在知识教学的过程中，将本堂课的情感目标贯彻始终，鼓励学生为实现自己的人生理想而努力。
马老师所授的这一节课，教师的备课重难点突出，层次性强，设计合理。
下面我想谈谈这节课的优点：一、教师素养马老师教学基本功扎实，能够正确使用英语进行教学，语言清晰，表达准确。

学习的主要内容如下：1、掌握有关人物特点的单词：tall, thin, short, heavy, calm, wild, long hair,short hair, outgoing, quiet, funny, serious, smart, athletic, ect.2、学会运用人物比较的重要句型：（1）Pedro is funnier than Paul.（2）Tina is taller than Tara.（3）Tom is more athletic than Sam.3、掌握语法点：the comparative and superlative degrees of adjectives(形容词的比较级和最高级)［学生分析］1、利用多媒体课件上英语课，学生视听感受明显，表现出极大兴趣，在欣赏和享受中学习，学习效果很明显(特别是我校的在今年九月“班班通”多媒体才正式在课堂上投入使用,学生们兴趣还很高)。

教学反思、总结
总而言之，本节课的教学模式是自主合作探究。尽量体现“以人为本，以学生为主体、以教师为主导”的新理念。回顾本节课，还存在很多不足，我应该在平时多加练习，长此以往学生的综合能力才能有所提高。
