Please contact your local Cypress Sales Representative if you have further questions.Part Numbers Affected18-Mb/9-Mb/4-Mb x36/x18 FullFlex Dual-Ports Errata SummaryThe ZQ0 and ZQ1 pins on both ports (left and right) are internally shorted in the 256-Ball FBGA package substrate design. This creates an error in the Variable Impedance Matching (VIM) feature on the FullFlex Dual-Ports, as the effective output driver impedance is halved when both resistors are populated. The workaround is to remove the resistors on ZQ1L and ZQ1R for the affected devices.Variable Impedance Matching (VIM)•PROBLEM DEFINITIONThe 256-Ball FBGA package substrate design has the ZQ0L pin shorted to ZQ1L and ZQ0R shorted to ZQ1R. The ZQ1L and ZQ1R pins are not internally connected to the die for the affected devices; therefore, when resistors are connected to these pins to ground, the effective output driver impedance for each port is halved.•PARAMETERS AFFECTEDEffective output driver impedance controlled by the VIM circuitry.•TRIGGER CONDITION(S)If the designer populates resistors for both ZQ0 and ZQ1, the short between ZQ0 and ZQ1 halves the effective impedance seen by the VIM calibrating circuitry.•SCOPE OF IMPACTOutput driver impedance is halved, as the two VIM calibrating resistors are in parallel to ground.•WORKAROUNDRemove ZQ1L and ZQ1R VIM resistors. VI. 标准的强制执行
违反行为 如果欧迪办公确定供应商违反这些供应商指导原则,欧迪办公可要求供应商采取纠正措施或终止其与供应商的业务关 系,即使供应商与欧迪办公订立的任何其它协议载有任何相反规定,亦不例外。
报告潜在的违反行为 希望所有供应商都遵守这些供应商指导原则,并通过以下列出的当地电话号码或网站向欧迪办公热线报告任何违反行 为,网站网址为。所有举报均保密,举报者可选择匿名举报。
欧迪办公的所有供应商必须遵守所有适用法律和以下各项原则:

劳工标准
禁止强迫劳工 供应商不得使用任何形式的强迫劳工,包括监狱劳工、契约劳工、抵债劳工、军事劳工或奴隶劳工。供应商不得违反 其任何外籍工人的意愿而要求其继续受雇。
禁止童工 供应商不得使用童工。工人的年龄不应低于各国所设定的最低雇佣年龄。若无设定最低雇佣年龄,工人的年龄不应低于义务 教育的年龄;或若无设定最低义务教育年龄,工人的年龄不应低于 16 岁。
工作时间 供应商雇员的工作时间应符合任何和所有适用法律和法规。然而,欧迪办公鼓励供应商且供应商也应努力保证雇员的 工作时间不超过每周 60 个小时,或在任何 7 天期间内不超过 6 天。
工资和福利 供应商的所有雇员应至少收到法定最低工资和福利。在每个付薪期间,应向雇员发出书面工资账单,清楚列明雇员的 薪资情况和任何扣除项目。供应商应向夜班支付高于日班的小时薪酬。供应商不应因违反纪律而从雇员工资中扣除任 何罚款。
人员安全:供应商应进行预聘筛选,并面试有潜力的雇员,以纳入定期背景核查和申请验证。

Notes:
1* Higher frequencies can be achieved either by using higher frequency crystals or by low noise analog harmonic
multiplication. Both methods have advantages and drawbacks. If lowest possible phase noise on the noise floor is most important – high frequency crystal will be used. If phase noise close to the carrier and aging are more important – multiplication will be used. Please consult factory for your specific requirement. 2* Aging rate is usually proportional to the operating frequency, unless higher frequency is achieved by multiplication. Keep it in mind while specifying aging. 3* Phase noise deteriorates with frequencies going higher. If analog multiplication is used to achieve higher frequency the phase noise roughly follows the formula of additional 20LogN, where N is a multiplication factor across entire frequency offset range. If higher frequency is achieved by using higher frequency crystal phase noise close to the carrier deteriorates due to
the lower Q of the crystal and is usually worse, compared to multiplied solution. On the noise floor, however it remains more or
less the same. This design usually starts utilizing multiplication techniques in the range of 25 MHz to 35 MHz.
