模块九：连词一、并列连词：（-）连词的概念：连词是一种虚词，不能担任一个句子成分。
连词在句中主要起连接词与词、短语与短语及句子和句子的作用。
它主要是包括并列连词和从属连词。
例句：She'll be back either this week or next week.她将在这周或下周回来。
I went and she went also. 我去了，她也去了。
（三）并列连词的用法：1、并列连词and和oi•:%1and和or是用得最多的并列连词，可以连接：a.两个并列的动词：We were singing and dancing all evening.整个晚上我们都在唱歌跳舞。
b.名词、形容词等：This apple is big and red.Would you like fish or beef?c.两个并列的分句（句子）：I said it and I meant it.我说话算数。
%1and可连接两个分句，表示递进关系。
Give him an inch and he will take a mile.他会得寸进尺。
%1OT可连接分句，表示“否则”：Don't drive so fast or you'll have an accident.别开这么快，不然你会出车祸。
2、表示意思转折的连词：but, yet:%1but和yet的用法：The weather will be sunny but cold.天气会晴朗但很冷。
It is strange, yet true.这很奇怪，却是真的。
©however, still等为副词，但可起连接作用，表示意思的转折一“但是”或“然而”。
a.however:His first response was to say no. Later, however, he changed his mind. 他的第一反应是不行，但后来他改变了主意。

中考英语专题连词☞考点解读分析近几年中考试题可以看出，连词是中考必设考点，题型涉及单项选择、完形填空、单词拼写及书面表达，主要考查并列连词前后句的逻辑关系以及状语或宾语从句的引导词的选择，具体考点如下：1. 连词基本的句法功能及分类；2. 并列连词与从属连词基本用法辨析；3. 常见并列连词的含义及其逻辑关系；4. 宾语从句连接词的辨析运用；5. 状语从句引导词的词义辨析及主从句时态的搭配；6. 常见易混连词的用法或词义辨析。
7. 书面表达对文章条理与流畅性的要求。
☞考向突破1. 连词的概念及分类：顾名思义，连词就是起连接作用，连接词与词、短语与短语、句子与句子的词。
连词不能独立充当句子成分，是一种虚词。
根据在句中所起作用的不同，常把连词分为并列连词和从属连词。
(1) 并列连词用来连接同一层次且具有相同句法功能的词、短语或句子；【经典例题1】改错题：They sat down and talk about something.【答案】They sat down and talked about something.【解析】and连接两个并列的谓语，形式应该相同，应将talk改为talked。
【经典例题2】改错题：They started to dance and sang.【答案】They started to dance and sing.【解析】and连接两个并列的动词不定式，第二个不定式常省略to，应将sang改为sing。
【经典例题3】I saw two men sitting behind and whisper there.【答案】I saw two men sitting behind and whispering there.【解析】and 连接感观动词saw 后的用作宾补的两个并列分词结构，应将whisper改为whispering。

2015-2016学年牛津英语沪教版中考英语语法专题复习连词（conjunctions）连词是用来连接词、短语、句子或从句的词，它属于一种虚词，在句子中不重读，不能单独充当句子成分。
根据连词的作用，连词可以分为＿＿连词、＿＿连词、分词连词和短语连词。
中考经常考查有关连词的要点有下列几种情况：1.常用并列连词的用法1）由and连接两个主语时谓语动词要用复数形式。
如：You and I are from China.但是，and前面的主语之前有every, each, no, many a的时候用＿数谓语动词.如：Every train and bus was crowded with many people.2）both+主语+and+主语+“复数谓语动词”。
如：Both Tom and Jerry are going to the cinema.3）not only…but also；either...or; neither...nor如果连接两个主语,谓语动词就近原则.如：Not only he but also his parents are very kind to me.4）as well as ；together with后面的主语不作为成分.且谓语动词根据首主语变化如：This study, as well as many other reports, shows that cancer can be cured.后面如果接动词一定要用动名词.如：She sings as well as playing the piano.5）but用来表示转折,如：He tried hard but he was unsuccessful.还可以用在no one, none, nobody, nothing, all, every等词之后表示”除了…以外”。
