ECOMAX® in a single-ended radiant tube The high outlet velocity of the combustion gases generates a pressure at the outlet of the ceramic burner tube, resulting in the recirculation of the flue gases. This leads to the following: – A reduction in NOX emissions, – A uniform radiant tube temperature. The hot flue gases are fed through the ceramic or metal heat exchanger, heating the additional cold combustion air supply. The achievable air preheat temperature amounts to max. 700°C, depending on the application. A SICAFLEX® segmented flame tube must be fitted in the single-ended radiant tube to guide the hot flue gases. If metal single-ended radiant tubes are fitted horizontally then provision must be made for rotating the radiant tube. Flue gas

3B SCIENTIFIC ® PHYSICSPlaca impresa de recambio para el soporte de tubo S400857309/13 ALFLa calidad del haz de eléctrones del tubo de difracción de eléctrones S (1013889) está influída por una resistencia que se encuentra en el soporte de tubo S, entre el casquillo C5 (cátodo) y el casquillo F4 (filamento incandescente). Para resultados óptimos, el valor de la resistencia R C5F4 debe ser igual a 390 k Ω. En el soporte de tubo S (1014525) se ha adaptado en la forma correcta. En soportes de tubo más antiguos, los cuales se venden bajo los números 1000610, U185001 ó U18500 se encuentra una resistencia de un valor mucho menor. Para el funcionamento del nuevo tubo de difracción de eléctrones S (1013889) se tiene que modificar este soporte de tubo. Para ello, se tiene que cambiar completamente la placa impresa conexión en el soporte de tubo por la placa de conexión (4008573).Para el cambio se requieren los siguientes aparatos: 1 Placa impresa de recambio (4008573) 1 Destornillador de cruz 1 Destornillador de ranura 1 Llave allen 2,5x1121) Se voltea el soporte para tubo y se desatornillan y retiran los tornillos. 2) Se fija el pulgar debajo de la columna guía dejándolo trabajar como punto de palanca.Tirando levemente, se saca la traversa delcasquillo del tubo.3) Se saca la columna guía hacia arriba un poco ladeada, teniendo en cuenta de no dañar el LED.4) Con la llave allen se afloja el tornillo en laparte inferior del asiento para el tubo.5) Con cuidado se apalanca un poco hacia afuera la caperuza de cierre, utilizando un destornillador y luego se saca con la mano.6) Se desatornillan los tornillos en el anillo de contacto.3B Scientific GmbH ▪ Rudorffweg 8 ▪ 21031 Hamburgo ▪ Alemania ▪ Se reservan las modificaciones técnicas7) Se retira la tapa.8) Se desatornilla el tornillo de fijación de la placa impresa. Para ello, primero se fija la base de la columna guía teniendo en cuenta la posición del LED. Luego se presiona la traversa hacia abajo y dejando que enclave. 15) Con los tornillos se fija la columna guía por la parte de abajo.。

4技术要求4.1引线框架尺寸引线框架的外形尺寸应符合GB/T7092的有关规定，并符合引线框架设计的要求。
4.2引线框架形状和位置公差4.2.1侧弯侧弯在整个标称长度上不超过0.05mm。
4.2.2卷曲材料厚度不大于0.152mm时，卷曲为材料厚度的2.5倍；材料厚度大于0.152mm时，卷曲为材料厚度的2倍。
4.2.3横弯最大横弯不得超过±0.127mm。
4.2.4条带扭曲材料厚度不大于0.152mm时，条带扭曲为材料厚度的2.5倍；材料厚度大于0.152mm时，条带扭曲为材料厚度的2倍。
4.2.5引线扭曲引线扭曲不超过3°30'。
4.2.6精压深度图纸上表明的尺寸为精压前尺寸，在保证精压宽度不小于引线宽度90%的条件下，精压深度不大于材料厚度的30%。

Application
SICAFLEX® segmented flame tubes are used to guide hot flue gases in radiant tubes in conjunction with a recuperative burner. SICAFLEX® segmented flame tubes allow the radiant tube to be bent thanks to their bayonet joints. Their low weight places very little strain on the radiant tube.
combustion gases generates a pressure at the outlet of the ceramic burner tube, resulting in the recirculation of the flue gases between the segmented flame tube and the radiant tube. This leads to a uniform radiant tube temperature.
