自我介绍ppt 篇一从我本人的经历来看，是经历了一个联想组织的营销大赛，然后投递联想实习简历，简历通过后便是联想apa考试系统笔试。
该笔试分为托业英语考试，微软软件应用测试和职场心理测试三个部分。
作为英语专业学生，第一关的托业英语考试自然不在话下，小小的占了优势。
第二关的微软能力测试也比较容易。
只要平时对excel , word ,ppt等操作比较熟悉，要全部通过也不难。
第三关职场能力测试则要求被试者实事求是，不要瞒天过海，因为这样一个心理测试本来就有一个测谎的过程，所以被试者只要按自己的实际情况就一般都没有问题。
经过笔试，接下来当然是面试了。
笔试的时候还有20个人左右，在面试的时候就只剩下整整10个人了。
当天的面试是在联想重庆分公司的三峡会议厅举行。
面试者为联想驻重庆分公司的hr以及市场推广部主管春娟姐。
面试分为两轮，第一轮为英语口语测试，被试者抽取一个topic 然后在阐述一分钟，同时这个过程中包括简短的自我介绍。
面对这一关，我们英语专业的同学又占了好些优势。
第二轮是无领导小组讨论，这样的面试要求被试者既独立又合作的表现，最后达成一致结论。
整个过程中，hr及主管在旁边观看每个人表现并且进行打分。
奇迹般的，最后我们十个人全部都顺利成为联想2010实习生。
经过笔试和面试的筛选，实习就正式开始了。
7月14日，联想负责人召集所有实习生召开会议对实习任务进行分配及其奖惩kpi考核评定，附表如下：工作安排工作分类具体内容负责人备注日常工作按班主任安排进行班主任讨论总结组织定期回顾与总结辅导员1.每双周组织一次，班主任必须参加。
2.课程包括：联想产品，店面营销技巧，校园营销案例分享。
