焊丝牌号及型编制

焊丝牌号及型编制焊丝的牌号是根据焊丝的性能来命名的,主要包括了实芯焊丝、药芯焊丝、有色金属及铸铁焊丝等,其牌号编制方法简介如下:1.实芯焊丝的牌号与型号(1)牌号:牌号第一个字母“H”表示焊接用实芯焊丝。
H后面的一位或二位数字表示含碳量。
接下来的化学符号及其后面的数字表示该元素大致含量的百分数。
合金元素含量小于1%时,该合金元素化学符号后面的数字省略。
在结构钢焊丝牌号尾部标有“A”或“E”时,A表示硫、磷含量要求低的高级优质钢。
E为硫、磷含量要求特别低的焊丝。
H 08 Mn2 Si A高级优质钢(S、P≤0.03%)Si≤1%Mn≈2%C≈0.08%焊接用实芯焊丝国产实芯焊丝的牌号及主要成分见表2-31、表2-32。
(2)焊丝型号气体保护电弧焊用碳钢、低合金钢焊丝按化学成分和采用熔化极气体保护电弧焊时熔敷金属的力学性能分类。
焊丝型号的表示方法为ER××-×,字母“ER”表示焊丝,ER 后面的两位数字表示熔敷金属的最低抗拉强度,短划“-”后面的字母或数字表示焊丝化学成分分类代号。
如还附加其它化学元素时,直接用元素符号表示,并以短划“-”与前面数字分开。
国产实芯焊丝型号、化学成分和力学性能列于表2-33、表2-34。

FDS 4 使用说明(内部资料)这本指南描述怎样使用火灾动力学模拟模型 (FDS)。
它不提供背景理论,但提供了一份配套文件--FDS技术参考指南 [1] ,其中包括了详细的控制方程,数值方法和验证工作。

但这里我们只认可参加程序实际编写的个人。

FDS热融自攻丝连接技术-一种新型的连接技术以前我们在做钣金连接时,常用的方法有铆接、焊接和螺纹连接,随着现代技术的进一步发展,各个行业对连接技术有了更新更深的要求,一般来讲,这种新的要求有如下几个角度的考量:1.效率;2.成本;3.质量控制;FDS是近年来推出的一种新型连接技术,综合兼顾了以上三个角度的考虑。
尽管FDS是一种全新的连接技术,但使用起来非常简单,FDS有多种名称:热熔自攻丝技术、钨钢热熔自攻丝、硬质合金热熔自攻丝、拉伸自攻丝、热摩擦自攻丝、流钻自攻丝、流动自攻丝、流体自攻丝、挤压自攻丝、挤压成型自攻丝、无屑挤压热熔自攻丝、高温自攻丝等等,这些其实都是指热融自攻丝设备。
不同于传统连接方式,即工件的强度会因为材料的切除而破坏。
相反,FDS技术完成的连接因为原来位置加热的材料在孔周边延展流动而得到了很大程度的加强。
在初始阶段,高速旋转的电机驱动特制的热融自攻丝钉接触工件表面,并施以向下的轴向压力,热熔自攻丝钉头部与钣金件表面摩擦并产生高温,这个温度基本上在600°~900°之间,热熔自攻丝钉头附近区域金属迅速软化,加热的材料沿着钻头锥度往上延伸。
热熔自攻丝钉穿透材料时,大部分热熔的钣金件材料会流向钻孔下部形成一个厚度1到3倍的金属批锋(衬套、凸台)。
整个加工过程只需1-6秒,即可完成加强的连接效果。
FDS连接是一种无屑加工技术,加工出来的螺纹能承受高强的拉力和扭力,完全可以取代铆接、焊接或传统的螺纹连接技术。
说FDS热融自攻丝设备简单,主要有以下几个原因:首先,因为不需要预制孔,加工工序缩减到只有一步,即在指定位置上一步实现热融自攻丝钉的进入;其次通过标准的手动钻床或数控钻具,施加足够的压力即可完成高质量的螺纹连接;为了确保每次连接的质量,通过选配的控制器对整个加工过程进行力矩的测量和记录,并将有关数据保存到指定设备,我们就可以完成成千上万次热融自攻丝连接的过程控制和质量监控。
