光耦导通的最小电流为4mA。

光耦以光为媒介传输电信号。

它对输入、输出电信号有良好的隔离作用。

光耦合器一般由三部分组成:光的发射、光的接收及信号放大。

输入的电信号驱动发光二极管(LED),使之发出一定波长的光,被光探测器接收而产生光电流,再经过进一步放大后输出。

这就完成了电—光—电的转换,从而起到输入、输出、隔离的作用。

由于光耦合器输入输出间互相隔离,电信号传输具有单向性等特点,因而具有良好的电绝缘能力和抗干扰能力。

所以,它在长线传输信息中作为终端隔离元件可以大大提高信噪比。

在计算机数字通信及实时控制中作为信号隔离的接口器件,可以大大提高计算机工作的可靠性。

一台海尔LE39B3300W型液晶彩电,在收看 过程中不定时自动关机,并且指示灯不亮,过几个 小时后有时又能开机,但故障反复出现。

本机采用三合一主板,板号是T H U69C5- 35-43V,主芯片是TSU69K R-Z1-ST,开关电源 输出12V和27V。

在故障出现时,测量12V电压在3.3V~12V 之间波动。

本机的稳压取样电路主要由U901 (LA431)、U903(LTV817S)等元件组成,如图1所 示。

为了快速区分故障点,在D908负端外接12V 电压,测得U901的R端电压为2.47V,A极电压 是10.45V,U903③、④脚间压降约0.2V;当把外接 电压升到12.4V时,U903③、④脚间电压降为0V,说明稳压环路正常,故障点在电源初级。

该机电源芯片U902(LD5537B2)⑤脚为供电 端,测其电压在8V〜15V之间波动。

⑤脚供电有以 下两路:一是300V电压经电阻R924、R925降压 限流及EC906滤波后供给;二是芯片内部电路启 动后,开关变压器④-⑤绕组产生的感应电动势, 经D906整流、EC906滤波后供给。

从上述实测电 压看,U902已启动,因此怀疑二次供电电路有问 题。

经查,D906性能不良,换新后故障排除。

事后又遇维修多台同型主板,故障现象是不 开机或自动关机,故障原因均是D906性能不良,看来本故障应是该型主板的一个通病,望同行注 意〇H I
Television。

Isolation voltage shall be measured using the following method.

(2) The isolation voltage tester with zero-cross circuit shall be used.
(3) The waveform of applied voltage shall be a sine wave.
