新课程倡导开发的教材观,要求教师做教材的主人,成为教材的鉴赏者和开发者,创造性的使用教材,做到“用教材而不是教教材”。
创造性的使用教材是一个优秀教师必须具备的基本素养。
二、朗读指导重技巧,情感体验不深刻。
当前,很多教师都认识到了“以读代讲”的重要性,并努力在阅读教学中加以实施。
但在实践过程中,更多的教师将重点放在朗读技巧的指导上,如重音、停顿、节奏等,或是笼统地提出朗读的要求,如“读得美一些”、“读出作者……的感情”等。
这样的指导,不能触及文本的深层,学生的朗读只能是飘浮在文字的表面,不能对课文有更加深入的理解,也无法表达自己的真实情感。
朗读技巧的指导是必要的,但重要的是从重点的词句入手,从学生的情感体验着眼,结合文本的内容和语言文字表达的思想感情,通过教师的点拨、引导和启发,体会语句暗含的意思,学生的读才有根,才能读出形,读出意,读出情,读出味读出神.三、追求形式,浮华空泛阅读教学时常遭遇这样的尴尬:教师神采飞扬、学生积极踊跃、教学进程顺利,课后反馈却很不理想。
为什么?环节设计似乎没什么疏漏,学生的发言也都切合文本主题,那么问题出在哪里?小组讨论、多媒体辅助……教学方式、手段本身无错,关键在于教师运用是否妥当。
有的老师过于追求形式,使语文课堂呈现浮躁之气,其间欠缺了思考——冷静的、有深度的思考。
很多时候学生没有充足“读”(尤其是默读)的时间,发言顺应老师思路,而非自我生成。
更直白些讲,过分形式化的课堂,使学生的视觉听觉不断受到冲击,容易产生思维疲惫。
这种情况下,学生往往是根据老师的暗示,猜测老师想要什么样的答案,而不是考虑自己收获了什么。
