项目对施工所造成的损失和误工费由甲方负责，工期顺延。

⑹甲方应在每月28日前，完成对乙方上报月份施工进度工程量审核与批准，并在当
月30日前预付80%进度款，其预留20%作为乙方履约保证金，待单栋建筑物竣工验收合格后，当月归还预留履约保证金中的15%，余下5%转为工程质保金按国家相关规定质保期限
时间逐步归还。
付款前乙方应出具相应的合法税务发票。

要坚持按图施工，任何一方不得随意变更设计。
如遇下列情况给对方适成窝工、返工、材料、构件的积压、施工力量和机械调迁等损失，应由责任方负担：

周转、材料采购运输等各项条件。
乙方代表的通信工具必须确保24小时畅通，否则每发现一次罚款200元，造成后果
