Contact us...Email:*************ATS Type and MeaningApplicationsZMQ2E dual power auto transfer switch (hereinafter called ATS), is suitable for operating in the power system of AC 50Hz, rated operating voltage 400V, rated current 63A and below, toperform the shift between two power sources according to the requirement. The product has the protection functions of overload, short circuit, under-voltage, etc., and provides firefighting, dual OFF and output the signal of closing. It is especially suitable for the illuminating circuits ofcommercial building, marketplaces, banks, and high buildings where need firefighting function.Working Conditions ◆Altitude: no more than 2000m for the installation site.◆Ambient temperature: -5℃ ~ +40℃, and the average is no more than +35℃ within 24 hours.◆Relative Humidity: no more than 50% RH at the highest temperature of +40℃; higher relative humidity is allowable at lower temperature, for example, RH could be 90% at +20℃. The ATS has three positions for users’ choice, i.e., normal power ON, dual OFF, standby power ON. High breaking miniature circuit breaker is used for the ATS which has same performances as it is. This automatic transfer switch features simple structure, practical, easy operation, no noise, small impact, long service life, etc. The ATS carries out the detection for two loops of power supply by its controller. 一、BELIMO执行机构顺时针旋转(从关到开顺时针旋转):
接线:S1-S2 关,S4-S6 开/S4-S5 关,S1-S3 开。

(1)将执行机构旋转至关位
(2)将S2A辅助开关摆正,旋转S2A辅助开关背面两个固定件,对准执行机构的固定孔。

(3)关阀设置:将旋钮旋转指向1,使用万用表测量,当旋钮正指向1时,S1-S2(S4-S5)常闭点断开,向左旋转时S1-S2(S4-S5)常闭点闭合,这个闭合点就是关阀限位位置。

(从关到开是顺时针转,要选顺时针旋转一直断开的触点)
(4)取下辅助开关
(5)将执行机构旋转至开位
(6)将S2A辅助开关摆正,旋转S2A辅助开关背面两个固定件,对准执行机构的固定孔。

(7)开阀设置:将另一个旋钮旋转指向1,使用万用表测量,当旋钮正指向1时,S1-S3(S4-S6)常开点闭合,这个闭合点就是开阀限位位置。

(从开到关是逆时针转,要选逆时针旋转一直断开的点)S1-紫线

If a high degree of precision is required for the selected application (i.e. high density assembly), the customer must ensure that the soldering pad pattern is optimized accordingly.Cleaning and Washing:•Washing agents used during the production to clean the customer application might damage or change the characteristics of the optoelectronic component body, marking or plating. Washing agents may have a negative effect on the long-term functionality of the product.• Using a brush during the cleaning process may break the optoelectronic component body. Therefore, we do not recommend using a brush during the PCB cleaning process.Potting:•If the product is potted in the customer application, the potting material might shrink or expand during and after hardening. Shrinking could lead to an incomplete seal, allowing contaminants into the optoelectronic component body, pins or termination. Expansion could damage the components. We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects.Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the optoelectronic component to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.•For a moisture sensitive component, the storage condition in the original packaging is defined according to IPC/JEDEC-J-STD-033. It is also recommended to return the optoelectronic component to the original moisture proof bag and reseal the moisture proof bag again. •The storage conditions stated in the original packaging apply to the storage time and not to the transportation time of the components.Packaging:•The packaging specifications apply only to purchase orders comprising whole packaging units. Connect with short leads and large diameter wire directly to the “VIN” and “GND” posts. Connect a Load between the VOUT and GND posts, again using short leads with large diameter wire to minimize inductance and voltage drops. The supply is capable of 28Vin but the components have been selected and optimized for a 5Vin nominal supply.2) Measuring Output Load CharacteristicsIt’s best to GND reference scope and digital meters using the Star GND post in the center of the board. The relationship in the Equation 1 is based on a voltage divider from the output to the feedback pin VFB, which is set to an internal reference voltage of 0.60V. Standard 1% metal film resistors of surface mount size 0603 are recommended.1)0.6VVout (R1R2−=Eq1R1 resistance must remain 332k Ω for overall system loop stability.Note that since the SP6153 Evaluation Board design was optimized for 5V down conversion to 1.8V, changes of output voltage and/or input voltage will alter performance from the data given in the Power Supply Data section.POWER SUPPLY DATA The SP6153ER is designed with a very accurate 1.0% reference over line, load and temperature. Figure 1 & 2 data show a typical SP6153 evaluation board efficiency and regulation plots, with efficiencies up to 93% and output currents up to 20A. The output voltage ripple of less than 50mV at full load and the LX node are shown in figure 3. Figures 4 and 5 illustrate a 10A to 20A and 1A to 20A Load Step. Short circuit and current limit are shown in Figures 6 and 7. Typical startup characteristics into a full load and no load are shown in figure 8 and 9. 如何用电流自动控制的驱动器控制电机使能、正反转及限位?电机作为各种机械的动力来源。

用途众多,应用广泛。

大至重型工业,小至小型玩具都有其踪迹。

在日常使用中需要对电机的使禁能、正反转及正反转限位,可以说电机在广泛使应用于各大行业。

例如行车、木工用的电刨床、台钻、刻丝机、甩干机、车床等。

本文以直流电机驱动器驱动直流电机为例,讲述如何用电位器控制直流电机使禁能、正反转及正反转限位。

用电位器持续自由控制电机,广泛应用于玩具、小车、机器人等项目,一个电位器持续灵活控制小车等电机使禁能、正反转及正反转限位,控制方式简便、安全可靠,方便维护。

如图 1所示为电位器调速方式的典型综合接法,适合于电位器调速方式下PWM 调速、转矩调速和自测速闭环调速(稳速)方式,如何配置调速方式见表 1。

此接法可实现使用电位器调节电机转速,通过开关控制电机使能和切换电机转动方向,通过限位开关对正反转限位。

K2用于控制电机使能,当K2接通时,启用电位器调速,电机转动,当K2断开时,电机先刹车,然后悬空;开关K1为单刀双掷开关,用于控制电机转动方向,当K1拨向RV 端时电机正转,拨向COM 端时电机反转;限位开关默认常开触点(或低电平触发),两个限位开关分别对电机正转和反转进行限位。

如果为蓄电池供电方式,建议在电源接口串联一只保险丝。

最常见的可控开关是继电器,当给驱动继电器的驱动电路加高电平或低电平时,继电器就吸合或释放,其触点接通或断开电路。

cmos模拟开关是一种可控开关,它不象继电器那样可以用在大电流、高电压场合,只适于处理幅度不超过其工作电压、电流较小的模拟或数字信号。

一、常用cmos模拟开关引脚功能和工作原理1.四双向模拟开关cd4066cd4066的引脚功能如图1所示。

每个封装内部有4个独立的模拟开关,每个模拟开关有输入、输出、控制三个端子,其中输入端和输出端可互换。

当控制端加高电平时,开关导通;当控制端加低电平时开关截止。

模拟开关导通时,导通电阻为几十欧姆;模拟开关截止时,呈现很高的阻抗,可以看成为开路。

模拟开关可传输数字信号和模拟信号,可传输的模拟信号的上限频率为40mhz。

各开关间的串扰很小,典型值为-50db。

2.单八路模拟开关cd4051cd4051引脚功能见图2。

cd4051相当于一个单刀八掷开关,开关接通哪一通道,由输入的3位地址码abc来决定。

其真值表见表1。

“inh”是禁止端,当“inh”=1时,各通道均不接通。

此外,cd4051还设有另外一个电源端vee,以作为电平位移时使用,从而使得通常在单组电源供电条件下工作的cmos电路所提供的数字信号能直接控制这种多路开关,并使这种多路开关可传输峰-峰值达15v的交流信号。

例如,若模拟开关的供电电源vdd=+5v,vss=0v,当vee=-5v时,只要对此模拟开关施加0~5v的数字控制信号,就可控制幅度范围为-5v~+5v的模拟信号。
