Whereas,Sinbul is an importer in China engaging in importing from foreign country to China.
MUHAMMAD is a pine nuts purchaser who buy pine nuts from Sinbul, then sell them out to make profit.

Whereas, MUHAMMAD had not kept his promise to pay purchase proceeds, which result in interruption of business and distrust between the parties.
