采用更成熟的96层堆叠闪存颗粒两款中高端NVMe SSD实战体验作者:来源:《微型计算机》2020年第21期毫無疑问,采用96层堆叠的3D NAND颗粒绝对是今年SSD新品最主要的一个特征。
毕竟96层堆叠颗粒除了堆叠层数相比64层增加50%,存储密度更高外,96层堆叠闪存还借助升级后的传输接口,拥有更高的性能。
简单来说,采用96层堆叠闪存可以给SSD带来更大的容量、更强的性能。
而到了今年下半年,96层堆叠闪存的生产技术也取得了新的进展,96层堆叠闪存的工作频率、可靠性、性能有了进一步提升。
因此金士顿在采用96层堆叠闪存的KC2000 NVMe SSD仅仅发布约半年后就推出了同级新款产品:KC2500,而闪存颗粒厂商美光科技旗下品牌英睿达也借助美光在96层闪存颗粒上的突破,在今年下半年推出了让人期待已久的高端NVMe SSD:英睿达P5。
接下来就让我们通过实战测试来看看这两款采用最新96层堆叠闪存的NVMe SSD能有怎样的表现。
性能更强的96m颗粒金士顿KC2500 M.2 NVMe固态硬盘相对于金士顿在今年发布的KC2000固态硬盘,最新的KC2500无论是在外观还是硬件规格上都与其非常相近。
首先这款SSD也是采用M.2 2280板型设计,主控则选用了支持PCIe 3.0×4接口的慧荣SM2262EN主控。
该主控是一颗ARM Cortex R5双核心CPU,频率运行在625MHz,支持8通道读写、NVMe 1.3规范,支持端到端资料路径保护、SRAM ECC,以及结合LDPC和RAID的最新第五代NANDXtend ECC等各种“错误检查和纠正”技术。
同时它还支持TCG-opal 2.0、硬件真随机数和SHA256、XTS-AES256全盘实时加密技术。
此外,金士顿也为KC2500固态硬盘配备了独立缓存,用于存放记录数据位置的FTL映射表。
在其1TB产品上,它配备了两颗DDR3L 1600512MB内存颗粒作缓存,用来存放FTL分区映射表,其缓存总容量达到1GB。

BS 669:Part 2:1997 燃气灶具用软管外层、接头和承窝接口。
使用第1、2及3类燃气的家用灶具波纹金属软管、封盖、接头和承窝接口规范第一部分:概论1.1 范围BS 669标准规定了家庭厨房用的金属波纹管,外层,末端接头,可快速分离的接头或承窝接口的最小要求。
这种煤气管入口压力不超过50mbar,可以使用1st, 2nd, 3rd, 三种家用燃气。
1.2 参考1.2.1 略1.2.2 略1.3 定义(标准BS1179:1967及BS1179:Part6中的有关定义,也同样使用于此标准)1.3.1 编织一层(或者多层)的圆柱形编织丝覆盖在软管上1.3.2 金属波纹软管气密金属软管,不包含末端接头和覆盖层。
1.3.3 覆盖层管状的外覆盖层,目的是为了改善软管的清洁度。
1.3.4末端接头与软管永久性固定连接,保证软管与其它管路接头连接时的气密性,可以是一个插头,或者是带有螺纹的活动接头,等。

1.3.6软管连接带编织层的波纹状金属软管,附带接头,覆盖层等。
1.3.7 软管连接装配软管与配套接头的完整组合。
1.3.8 流量在标准条件下,通过软管的气流流量。
1.3.9 内径能自由通过软管的最大的球的直径。
1.3.10覆盖层材料用于覆盖软管的合成材料。
1.3.11总长水平自然伸直状态下,软管完整组合的总长度。
1.3.12 插头,承窝接口或可快速拆卸的接头供气系统内可提供快速安装及拆卸的两体式结构,插头是软管组合的一个末端接头。
承窝接口是当插头拆除后可以自行密封的装置。
1.3.13 协助管子安装的旋转接头。
不同意1.3.12定义描述的可以持续的围绕软管轴线旋转的永久固定在软管组合上不降低气密性的装置。
1.3.14 固定装置当外力超出软管组合最大允许承受张力时候限制软管组合移动的装置。
第二部分:软管连接2.1概论 2.1.1 尺寸一般软管的连接尺寸为1/4,3/8,1/2,3/4,1,11/4和11/2,符合BS21:1985 2.1.2 流量当通过指定压降空气时候流量不能少于表1给出的数值。
