2021年中考历史考点一点一练(七年级下册)第二单元辽宋夏金元时期:民族关系发展和社会变化第6课北宋的统治一、北宋建立1、960年赵匡胤在陈桥驿发动兵变,被部下拥立为皇帝,史称“陈桥兵变”、“黄袍加身”。

随后赵匡胤夺取后周政权,建立宋朝,史称北宋,以开封为东京,赵匡胤就是宋太祖。

二、北宋局部统一1、宋太祖和他的后继者依照先南后北的统一方针,陆续消灭了南方割据政权,结束了中原和南方的分裂割据局面。

三、宋太祖加强中央集体1、措施(1)军事上:为防止武将专权,首先解除禁军将领的兵权,控制了军队(杯酒释兵权);控制对军队的调动,使禁军将领有握兵之重而无发兵之权;还经常调换军队将领,使兵不识将,将不专兵。

(2)政治上:①在中央,采取分化事权的办法,削弱相权。

②在地方,派文臣担任各地州县的长官;在各州府设置通判,以分知州的权力。

(3)财政上:设置转运使,把地方财赋收归中央。

2、影响:宋朝把中央集权强化到前所未有的程度,皇权大大加强。

四、重文轻武的政策1、目的:防止唐末以来的武将专权。

2、措施(1)宋太祖重用文官掌握军政大权,宋太宗继续采取抑制武将、提升文官地位的政策,文臣统兵的格局逐渐形成。

(2)注重发展文教事业,改革和发展科举制。

大幅度增加科举取士名额,提高进士地位。

科举制度的发展,在全国范围内营造了浓厚的读书风气,也促进整个社会文化素养的提高,造就了宋朝科技发达、文化昌盛、人才辈出的文治局面。

3、评价(1)积极方面:①杜绝了武将跋扈和兵变政移的情况发生,有利于政权的稳固和社会的安定。

(2)消极影响:①严重削弱了军队的战斗力。

②官吏冗多导致政府办事效率下降,增加了朝廷的财政支出。

五、王安石变法1、背景:北宋中期,政府官俸和军费开支浩大,财政入不敷出,与此同时,土地兼并剧烈,农民起义此起彼伏。

二、解题方法此类题型运用语句表达效果三角度赏析法。

1.从用词的角度赏析:一般可从动词、形容词、副词、叠词等入手。

①动词能准确地表现事物的动态;②形容词能生动传神地刻画出所要描写对象的状态;③副词则强调了所要描写事物的特点;④叠词则增添了语言的音韵美;⑤要特别注意感情色彩发生了变化的词语。

对这些关键性词语的赏析准确、到位了,也就完成了对句子的赏析。

具体答题步骤为:①解释词语在具体语境中的含义;②根据词性判断词语的准确性或生动性;③结合语境和文章主题分析词语的表达效果。

要答出词语对表达文章主旨、表现人物性格等方面的作用。

2.从修辞的角度赏析:比喻、拟人,使事物生动、形象、具体;夸张,烘托气氛,增强联想,突出特点;对偶,句式整齐,表意凝练;排比,加强语势,强调内容,加重情感;反复,富有音乐美,突出强调某一种感情。

具体答题模式为:运用……的修辞手法,写出了……的特点,表达了作者……的思想感情。

3.从句式的角度赏析:常见句式有感叹句、疑问句(含反问句、设问句)、祈使句、陈述句(含肯定句、一般否定句、双重否定句),长句和短句,整句和散句。

感叹句情感强烈,疑问句发人深思;长句层层修饰、表意严密,短句节奏鲜明、简洁活泼;整句结构匀称、音韵和谐、气势贯通,散句错落有致、自由活泼、富于变化……具体答题模式为:此句运用了……句式,表现了事物……的特点或者表达了人物……的心情。
