Where are you from 说课稿古城小学李楠今天我说课的内容是小学英语五年级上册第八单元。
本课主要以询问他人来自某个国家为话题，并通过任务设计，让学生在感知、模仿、学习、体验的基础上逐步达到真实运用语言进行交流的目的，为后一阶段的学习打下坚实的基础。
依据基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标和本班学生的实际，师生商定学习目标如下：1. 知识与技能目标：学生能够听、说、认读单词：visit france australia ect和短语能够在情景中理解、会说、会用Where are you from ?以及 where is she or he from 及答语 I am from .. ,she is from ..,he is from ..,2. 能力目标：学生在学习单词和句型的过程中，学会合作、学会探究、学会倾听、主动参与实践。
3. 情感态度目标：对学生进行良好倾听、预习等学习习惯的养成教育，培养学生热情友好和热爱生活的美好情感，锻炼学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神。
4. 文化意识目标：中西方文化背景的差异，让学生了解西方国家.结合本课学习目标和本班学生的实际，我认为本课的重点为句型：Where are you from?I am from ..难点为句型：. Where are you from? I am from ..为了突破教材重、难点，我采用了出示任务，创设语境；围绕任务，灵活操练；完成任务，实际运用；多元评价，整合认知这四个教学环节。
也就是说：在教学活动的开始，要紧紧围绕任务设计，充分利用多媒体课件、卡片等直观教具和教学手段，结合学生生活实际为学生设置多种语言情境，使英语单词、句子与它们所表达的意义直接挂钩，使学生积极地去体验与实践，讨论与合作。
在初步掌握设计内容之后，我又立即带领学生围绕设计的任务进行多样化的灵活操练，同时将学生带回教材进行系统的感知，并做适当的认读练习。
