描述:瑞士Montena集成的CS101和RS101系统是一套智能化的低频传导和辐射抗扰度系统,满足GJB 151B-2013测试要求,同时,系统可同时应用于汽车电子零部件ISO11452-10/-8的测试
CS101和RS101系统中的大部分设备可以共用,Montena的测试系统使用的是数字示波器来进行注入信号的测量,控制软件读取测量到的信号然后进行FFT分析,可将注入信号频率从噪音中分解出来,利用FFT的方法会比使用功率计或者使用示波器来测量峰值电压信号的方法要更敏感更准确。
在CS101的测试过程中,由于EUT的负载电流作用,在耦合变压器的初级端会耦合出感应电压,所以当这个负载电流很大的时候,变压器初级端的感应电压也会很大,这就可能会导致功放的损坏,为了解决这个问题,Montena在系统设计上做了改进,就是利用一个跟EUT阻抗相近的假负载和另外一个耦合变压器,来实现在变压器初级端产生大小相同,极性相反的感应电压,从而实现感应电压的相互抵消,极大程度的保护了功放的安全,具体的连接图如下

基于LM3S101的数字采控器设计0 引言随着科学技术的发展和社会的进步,现场监控系统已越来越广泛地应用于金融、交通、商业、工农业生产等领域。
数字采控器作为现场监控系统中数字量采集和控制的主要设备,其性能对整个系统的现场监控工作的稳定性具有十分重要的作用。
因此,研制结构简单、性能稳定、可靠性高且成本低廉的新型数字采控器具有十分重要的意义。
本文介绍了一种以Luminary 公司新推出的、采用ARM Cortex-M3 内核的LM3S101 微控制器为控制核心,并采用RS-485 通信专用器件SP3485 进行通信接口的设计,由串行输入/并行输出8 位移位寄存器74HC164 和并行输入/串行输出8 位移位寄存器74HC165 来进行并行数字输入/输出扩展的数字采控器的设计方法。
该数字采控器具有性价比高、设计新颖、实用、抗干扰能力强等特点,可广泛应用于各种现场监控系统,而且经改造后,还可应用于远程控制系统。
1 系统整体工作原理本数字采控器硬件以LM3S101 ARM 微控制器为控制核心,主要实现RS485 通信、波特率设置、本机地址设置、8 路数字量采集和8 路数字量控制等功能。
其系统的硬件组成如图1 所示。
数字采控器的主要功能是根据远程监控中心发出的现场监控数字量传感器(如:玻璃破碎监测、远红外监测等)状态监控命令来进行8 路传感器数字量的状态采集,然后将采集到的数字量结果发送给监控中心;同时接收来自远程监控中心发送的数字量开关控制命令,进行数字量输出控制,以控制监控现场的监控辅助设备,如:灯光、报警器等。
2 硬件结构本系统主要由LM3S101 ARM 微控制器主控系统、RS485 通信接口、通信波特率和本机地址设置电路、8 路数字量输入电路、8 路数字量输出电路等组成。
2.1 LM3S101 主控系统LM3S101 ARM 微控制器是Luminary 公司推出的一款结构简单、性能出众且带有ARM Codex-M3 处理器内核的32 位微控制器。
