PEP五年级下册英语Unit6 Work quietly！Part A Let's talk一、整体设计思路义务教育《英语课程标准》的总目标指出: 通过英语学习使学生形成初步的语言运用能力、促进心智发展，提高人文素养。
因此本课采用“任务型语言教学途径”，在充分注重任务设计的语境真实，语用真实以及行动真实的前提下，设计综合语言运用任务，既能吸引学生的参与，又是对课文内容的拓展延伸，并且贴近学生的生活，能够提高学生参与课堂活动的热情在教学过程中。
我以该任务为主线，以课文情景为依托，教学中又设计了形式多样的活动，通过听、说、读、做等方式来提高学生的综合语言运用能力。
二、教学目标（一）知识与能力目标1. 在教师和图片的帮助下，学生能够理解对话大意，能够灵活运用句型What are they doing? They are doing ....What is it doing? It’s doing ....正确使用现在进行时询问和回答他人正在进行什么活动。
2. 能够按照正确的语音、语调和意群朗读对话，并进行角色表演。
3. 能够在语境中理解新词bamboo的意义并能正确发音。
（二）过程与方法目标:通过竞争、合作的形式，激发学生的学习兴趣，创新学生的思维，发展学生的自主学习的能力。
通过参与学习的过程，体验学习乐趣，培养学生热爱小动物的情感。
（三）情感态度与价值观目标:1. 通过小组合作、探究的学习方式，让学生体会学习英语的兴趣，并培养学生用英语做事情的能力。
更深刻地明白要爱护动物就不能在动物园中喂动物等。
2. 让学生在学习过程中体会关心他人，帮助他人、互帮互助、团结友爱的情感。
三、教学重、难点教学重点：学生在真实情景中能够灵活运用重点句型What are they doing?They are doing ....What is it doing?It’s doing ...问答某人某物正在做什么。

Unit 6 A Field Trip第一课时教学目标1、能够听、说、读、写本课动词短语的ing形式：taking pictures , watching insects , picking up leaves , doing an experiment , catching butterflies .2、能够听、说、认读What’s Sarah doing ? She’s doing an experiment 并能在情景中运用。
教学重点1、重点：掌握Let’s learn部分的五个动词短语的ing形式，并能进行简单问答。
2、难点：单词insects , experiment以及picking up的发音。
教学过程1、热身Let’s chant播放第六十八页的歌谣。
2、预习出示四、五单元的动词的词卡，要求学生看图卡表演、说句子。
3、新课呈现Let’s learnTPR全身动作反应法练习方法：1、游戏（跑过去）把该部分的单词卡片和本册四、五单元的部分卡片分别贴在教室的四面。
教师发指令，如run to “playing chess” ，学生比赛看谁最先跑到该卡片处。
（按我说的做）教师说一个动词短语的ing形式，如picking up leaves, 但故意做另外一个动作。
学生按听到的指令做动作，如果受老师的误导做错了动作，就被淘汰。
