五、教具准备:准备学习用品钢笔、铅笔等(实物)。

六、教学步骤与建议1.热身 / 复习(Warm-up / Revision)1)课前在教师的带领下边表演边唱所学过的歌曲。

2)通过游戏复习单词book, bag。

2.新课导入(Presentation)1)以小组为单位复习表演第7课的会话内容。

教师和两个学生表演第7课的对话,当其中一位学生说Glad to meet you.时,教师说Nice to meet you.,教师再用以下对话反复与学生进行交流。

S:Hello! I'm .... T: Hello.I'm Mr .... S: Glad to meet you.T: Nice to meet you.这样使学生明白Nice to meet you.的含义及用法。

2)出示本课书的教学挂图,使学生边看挂图边听录音,引导学生感知、理解整段对话。

学情分析:本节课是四年级英语下册第八节课,通过三年级的英语学习,孩子们已有一定的知识基础,为了吸引孩子们的注意力,在做教学设计时,我们既要遵循学情分析语言学习的规律,又应该把握儿童的心理特点,使英语学习成为一种愉快的学习体验。

一、教学目标:
1、知识与技能:通过真实的语境,引导学生学习How many和There be结构的句型进行简单的交流,巩固复习表示“欢迎”的句子,掌握四会单词thirty,forty,正确书写单词boy、girl。

2、过程和方法:愉快教学法、情境教学法、活动教学法、小组合作法、师生互动教学法。

3、情感态度价值观:培养学生学习英语的兴趣,养成积极的生活态度和良好的生活习惯,使学生充满探求新知的欲望,树立学好英语的信心,提高交际能力,体验合作的成就感。

2)教师让学生仔细看各自的课本主题图,提出3个问题学生思考:图中的人物是谁?他们在哪里?他们做了什么?说了什么?
3)再次播放录音,学生带着问题听后,思考回答以上几个个问题。

4)最后播放录音,教师适当讲解释义,理清人物关系及说话对象,理解对话的大致内容。

5)教师范读,让学生跟读,师适当正音,后学生分组分角色朗读。

Step 3 Practice
1)Just read and write部分:教师将课文对话中的重点句型How many students are there in your class?There are forty.板书后教师范读,学生跟读。

2)教师拿出thirty,forty的单词卡片,结合How many students are there in your class?There are forty。

学生学习理解并记忆新单词,并进行简单对话操练。

3)教学四会单词:boy和girl。

教师在四线格中板书这两个词并教读,同时学生边读边在练习本上书写练习。

Step 4 Production
1)小组合作交流,两人一组对话练习,小组选出代表分角色上台表演对话,教
师给予一定引导与评价。

2)合作探究:学生根据所学单词,结合重点句型,编造新对话,练习并表演汇
报,师生共同评价。

Step 5 Summary
教师和学生一起总结本课所学新单词和重点句型,巩固本节课单词、句子。

九、课后反思
优点:通过本课学习,教学游戏环节设计,同学们热情高涨,对英语产生很浓厚的兴趣,积极配合教师参与课堂活动,同时,学生们增长了认识与见识,培养学生的爱国之情。

缺点:本节课的课堂纪律不太好,前半节课教师的教学方法有些单调,氛围沉闷,教师没有掌握好教学内容的时间安排,导致未完成课时教学目标,课堂效果不佳。

改进:在以后的教学上多研究多样的教学方法,注重学生兴趣的培养;多向老教师学习学生管理的经验和做法;掌握好教学内容及时间,把控好课堂纪律,设计多样的教学环节,不断增强学生学习兴趣。
