5、I seldom travel by ship. 我很少乘船旅行。 seldom 频度副词。“很少，不常，罕见”。用在陈
述句中，表示否定含义。
eg.李明很少骑自行车去学校。 Li Ming seldom rides a bike to school.
by ship 乘船. 也可以由动词take表示成 take a ship
(2)You can walk to the bakery to buy donuts.
你可以步行去面包店买面包圈。 “To +动词原形” 构成动词不定式。 动词不定式用法1、做状语，表目的。
在本句当中“to buy donuts”做前面谓语动词“walk” 的目的状语。

1.on foot步行
·Sometimes I go to school on foot．=I walk to school sometimes．我有时步行上学。
【拓展】walk作动词时，意为“步行”；作名词时，意为“行走；散步”。
2.What about…？……怎么样？
用来提建议和请求，还可以用来征询对方的看法和意见。
about是介词，后接名词（短语）、代词或动名词形式。
【常用答语】肯定回答：Of course, I'd love to. /That's a good idea．等；否定回答：I'm sorry，but I...等。
3.“Could you+动词原形？”请你做……好吗？
表示有礼貌地提出请求或建议，希望得到肯定回答或认可。
could在这里不表示过去，而是表示委婉的语气。

Sorry. /Sorry, I can't. /I'd love

4.take a train乘火车
“take+a/an+交通工具名称”
表示“乘坐（某种交通工具）”，在句中作谓语。
“by+交通工具名称”也可表示“乘坐……”。
·My father often takes a train to Zhengzhou. =My father often goes to Zhengzh ou by train．我爸爸经常坐火车去郑州。
5.seldom adv. 不常；罕见；难得
seldom通常放在实义动词之前，be动词、情态动词及助动词之后。
·I seldom have lunch at home. 我很少在家吃午餐。
【拓展】频度副词按频率的高低排列为：always（一直）>usually（通常）>often（经常）> sometimes（有时）>seldom（很少>never(从不)。
