As for our students it is a useful tool when we meet problems.When we are tired a piece of light music will help us relax. If we have free tim e we can enjoy movies or interesting cartoons. What’s more we can also watch live programs on the internet or seeit later if we are not available at that time.But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep those students can not focus on inthe class . As a result they may fail in the exam. When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games it’s already too late.I have remembered such a piece of news . An excellent student flunked 考试不及格 because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. He spent nearly all themoney on games which was earned by his father's selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school he was too numb to show any regret.The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence such asfighting and killing. It was the first time that the badminton players were chosen to take over the special task before which time it belonged to the basketball players. It wasa great honor. And it also proved that Bao was an excellent athlete. We are all proud of him.He began to play badminton when he was at primary school. In 2000 he won his first good medal which was significant to him in Guangzhou. Because ofthat he entered the Chinese Badminton Team.As he is as old as Lin dan who is the top one in the world he is always put into a situation which is not good to him. Due to this he seldom wins the gold medal. I think this is related tohis character. He is easygoing and couth; he looks as if he will never get angry with anybody. So this affects him while he is playing badminton. In a period of time critical voice has cometowards him. He is under great pressure. He was not in the best state. But recently he cheers up again. Several days ago the Chinese Badminton Championship 2021 was held in Guangzhou. I went tosee him on Saturday. I was very excited and I shouted loudly hoping he could hear me. There is no doubt that he won the game. Before he went away he waved hand to us how excited I was at thattime! The next day he beat Li zongwei again and he won the man’s single gold medal. All of us are very happy. After 7 years which could be a long time for an athlete he proved himself again inGuangzhou which is considered as his lucky place.I think this will be the energy of his advancing.
