大学生就业困难的原因和解决措施英语作文

大学生就业困难的原因和解决措施英语作文English:The difficulties in employment for college students can be attributed to various reasons. One of the main factors is the mismatch between the skills possessed by graduates and the requirements of the job market. Many students lack practical experience and soft skills, making them less competitive in the job search. Additionally, the oversaturation of the job market and the lack of job opportunities in certain industries further exacerbate the situation. Moreover, the fierce competition from more experienced candidates and the reluctance of companies to invest in training new employees also contribute to the challenges faced by college graduates. To address these issues, it is crucial for universities to provide more opportunities for students to gain practical experience through internships and co-op programs. The difficulties of finding jobs after college graduation

The difficulties of finding jobs after college graduation

Good evening everyone! My name is CHRISTINE.I am a sophomore and majoring in psychology. Today I stand here to talk about the difficulties of finding jobs after college graduation. Nowadays, more and more college graduates complain that graduate does not equate to employment. The students’ pressure of finding jobs has aroused extensive concern. It seems to me that the cause of this phenomenon is complex.First, graduates lack experience. The university students spend so much of their time studying academic theories at school that they lack relevant job training. The most important factor that whether the university students have actually understand the academic theories and hold the practical skills is doubt by most employers.Second, competition among students grow bitter and bitter. The supply of university students exceeds the social demand. This results in a decreased chance for any individual graduate to find a job.In addition, salary is also a sensitive topic. Many college students usually refuse a job because they are not satisfied with its salary. According to a survey, about 66% of graduates expect that they can be paid at least 2000 Yuan a month. Obviously, it is impractical. If there is a job with 800 Yuan a month in front of me, I will leave it with a word, “It’s unbelievable! I can’t accept it!”So, as an undergraduate myself, I think we should try our best to change this situation. When we are in school, we should make the most of our time and put our heart into our studies. At the same time, we can hold a part-time job in our spare time to accumulate wok experience. We can also take part in some social activities and provide ourselves with practical training. When we graduate and apply for jobs, we should attach more importance to accumulating experience than to their starting salaries. As far as I am concerned, pressure is not only an obstacle but also a motivity. Students who are in colleges must work harder than before to keep up with our competitors. Only in this way can we adapt the competitive society.Accordingly, to find a reasonable job in such a social environment is so difficult. But it doesn’t mean that the consequence is desperate. In order to develop a good career, students should enhance personal abilities, practice to recommend yourselves, willing to take hard jobs with a low pay and be responsible. Thus, no matter how difficult the circumstance is, job opportunities will be plentiful for all of you!Thank you!。

找工作或上大学都是一个挑战英语作文

找工作或上大学都是一个挑战英语作文According to the statistics, only 58% of college graduates could find jobs in their specialties. Why do college graduates find it increasingly difficult to get a rewarding job?One reason perhaps is that many colleges and universities fail to adapt their courses to the development of economy. Degree courses offered in these institutions of higher learning are so outdated, irrelevant and impractical that the students themselves find it hard to translate their book knowledge into real job skills. Second, there is an oversupply of graduates in certain specialties. So many of them can not enter the professions for which they are trained. College graduates are valuable resources in our country. The problems they encounter in job hunting deserve more attention.毕业生的求职压力(Graduates’ Pressure in Finding Jobs)Nowadays, more and more university graduates complain that graduation does not equate to employment. They experience great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs. What is the cause of this phenomenonIn my opinion, there are four causes:First, graduates lack experience. They spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects and lack relevant job training. Only after graduation do they realize it’s hard to find jobs.Second, competition among graduates grows more bitter and more bitter and bitter. The supply of university graduates exceeds social demand. This results in a decreased chance for any individual graduate to find a job.Third, some students don’t study hard. Some of them skip classes just because they have no interest in certain subjects. Some play computer games or pursue other interests. Some sleep in class or in the library. Then they leave the sheltered environment of the university campus, to discover they don’t have adequate knowledge to apply for many positions, which makes them feellost and frustrated. Finally, some graduates are conceited. They lack experience but ask for a high salary, which is impractical. So, university students should try their best to change this situation. When they are in school, they should make the most of their time and put their heart into their studies. They can hold part-time jobs in their spare time to accumulate relevant work experience. They should take part in some social activities and provide themselves with special training, if possible. When they graduate and apply for jobs, they should attach more importance to accumulating experience than to their starting salary.大学生找工作难(College Students are difficult to find a good job)Nowadays we college students are facing a great pressure in finding a good job. Looking back when we are very young, about more than ten years ago, college students would find a very good job that everyone would envy that. Why that change so much within two decades. It is known to all, if something is of great amount, it become cheap, and so is college students. Ten years ago, there is very few college students, in other words ,the college students supply is not enough, so they needed in alot of places and be well paid. With the idea that college student will find a good job, our parents send us to college, college students become more and more as well as cheaper and cheaper.Facing this, what we should do is not complaining. We should be confident ,as we know, with the economic developing, the society need more people. So we got a lot of chances, what we should do is do what we can do now and well prepared for the fierce competition.。

The Reasons for the difficulties in College Graduates' Job-hunting 大学生找工作难的英文剖析

The Reasons for the difficulties in College Graduates' Job-hunting 大学生找工作难的英文剖析

The Reasons for the difficulties in CollegeGraduates' Job-huntingNowadays, with the increasing number of college graduates emerging in the society, a harsh reality was placed in front of them. This is the difficulties of job-hunting. Some of them even Have been in self-mockery that the moment they are graduated, they are unemployed. An excellent college student should have found a satisfactory job with a considerable income, but why are there still numerous students who who are out of work. People's view vary. And there three factors accounting for the phenomenon: the deficiency of educational system, the incompetence of the graduates, and the high standard of employer.Perhaps one of the most common cause is the college students themselves. That is to say they are not competent. Although, they have pursued the further education, they haven't studied hard enough at all when they were on campuses. They are always wasting their precious time hanging out, playing computer, and sleeping in their warm bed, however, all these are meaningless to their future job. What's worse, skipping classes become their often cases, and, as a result, nothing have they learned when it's the time to compete in the recruitment fair. So, the jobless should introspect themselves why they can not reach the certain standard that the society need.Besides the incompetence of the students, another contributing factor is the employers' high standard. The company often demand too much from the competitor. For instance, the bosses hire the experienced while they candidates have graduated from the college and never do they have time to practice and gain experience. Some vacancies even only serves for the postgraduate, but a college graduate is competent enough.Last but not least, the Chinese education system may be ignored but, actually, it's one of the primary cause. The Chinese education have arranged what the college should pursue instead of giving them choices. Just as a survey indicates there are 45% of the graduates' present jobs are not related to their majors, and only 15% of their knowledge could be adopted to their job-hunting. Thus the most of them knowledge is of no use for the future work, and also the students are not interested at all but they are still forced to take the such courses. It's tragedy, isn't it?Taking all the above into consideration, difficulties ofjob-hunting are not only the problem of the graduates, bur also the cause of the demanding boss and the deficiency of education system. All the them should spare no efforts to handle it.。

Difficulties in job hunting for college graduates
Nowadays,it becomes harder and harder for college graduates to find good jobs. There are two main reasons result in this phenomenon. One is our government’s stupid decision of the expansion of higher education; the other one is the laziness of college students.
In 2013, there are more than seven million college graduates, and at the same time, there are less job opportunities. For college graduates, they don’t have many choices about their jobs. The basic reason for that is that our government decided to take the higher education enrollment expansion policy in 1999. According to statistical data, the number of college students have increased more than six times in the past decades. There are so many college graduates that our country can not provide so many job opportunities. Obviously, our government is too optimistic about the economy and overestimate the rate of economic growth. As a result, there are so many college graduates find that the higher education can not guarantee that they have good jobs and enjoy comfortable lives.
At present, we can not deny that the quality of college students is becoming worse. Because of the expansion of higher education, many students whose ability is not adequate to complete the college education go to colleges. For example, only one-tenth students in my high school can go to colleges before the expansion of higher education while more than half of the students can enter colleges after that. In order to ensure that they can get their degrees, educators in colleges have to lower their standards and make their curriculum and exams easier. As a result, the college graduates are ill-equipped and more lazy than before because it is easy for them to get degrees and there is no pressure for them. When they graduate from colleges and go to talent market, they find they have nothing but degrees which can not provide ideal jobs for them.。
