我这里有一台 DL375,LCD 显示亮度偏亮,颜色不正常,偏绿,蓝色偏少,步步高、DVD 字样有轻微的绿色拖尾,视频信号输出到电视正常,LCD 已经代换过,请各位高手指点! 检查一下小板上的 C18,C20 这两个帖片电容有没漏电 一般都是输入到显示屏的色差信号不行引起的
KD01 此机在冷机开机就会死机,机心,光头没有一点动作。电压也都有,没有进出仓控制 电压。但接上电源,热机一会儿就正常了,那位大侠有高招 是 7208 坏 检查一下进出仓的到位开关,最好是代换一个试试
我查了是解压板上的ASTB那条线路不对,一取消就不会了.
今日维修一台 SD135,故障为不开仓.不读碟,机器偶尔可开仓,但是不关仓,手动关仓后 不读碟,主要表现为机芯光头无任何动作。 开机时仔细观察电视显示画面,发现读碟时有“开仓”字符,并且偶尔伴有紫色彩斑覆盖读碟 时的字样。证明 IC7327 没有工作,或者软体 SD135-1B 损坏。测量伺服供电正常,检查 IC7327 的供电外围元件也正常,说明问题在软体部分电路了。代换软体 SD135-1B 后故障排除。维 修这台机器看来还是根据平时积累的经验来完成的,如果不多观察肯定会走很大的弯路。
AV213 开机自动保护(永久缺料)维修一例 经检测是 STK402 厚膜内引脚脱焊(此 IC 又是永久缺料,按规定代替机工厂成本大,麻烦且用 户不满意).可把 STK402 厚膜内引脚全部拿掉.用导线把 STK402 厚膜内引脚点一一连上(有点 麻烦,但能解决问题).焊好后确定无连焊虚焊可打点白胶在内(不要太多,以不过 IC 的槽为准. 要不 IC 不好固定).此机开机自动保护多为这两 IC 内引脚脱焊.焊接好后即可正常使用 .成本 低又能实质性解决问题.
这台机器是天津送修北京的一台坏机 ,其故障是播放任何碟片其声音像牛在嚎 (用牛嚎来形 容真的不夸张),且图像与声音还不同步.交给我之前 PCB 板上该换和不该换的 IC 都换了.当然 我也就不用考虑什么 IC 了,最开始我还没有注意到图像和声音不同步 ,也走了不少弯路,总是 围绕在音频输出部分查 ,直到发现不同步后 ,我就联想到声图处理公共部分的问题 ,大家都知 道这款机器采用的是 MT1389FE-C 版,大部分电路在 IC 内部完成,外围也只有时钟和 SDRAM 与 MT1389FE-C 之间数据时钟可以查,我也一一查了(方法:对比其它机器借助示波器查),没有 发现任何异常 .哎!说到这里,这台机器我已修了一天多了 ,我本想放弃 ,最后售后有位同仁说 : 你查过电源没 ?我当时还反驳了他 (因为这是修机起码步骤 ,肯定查过),此时我在看图册时发

8、1、HDS USP-V磁盘存储产品介绍HDS USP-V存储系统内部架构HDS USP V架构同样采用HDS久负盛名的高性能、无瓶颈的Universal Star Network全光纤交换结构(第四代 Hi-Star架构)。

Hi-Star全光纤交换式结构是HDS公司秉承了多年大型主机的设计理念,将众多大型主机中的成熟、高效的技术应用于存储系统之上,在2000年推出了第一代Hi-Star全光纤交换式结构的高端存储系统――9900,该产品一经推出就受到广大高端用户的肯定,在存储业界竖立了高性能、高可靠性、高扩展性的高端存储系统形象。

在2002年HDS公司在原有Hi-Star结构基础上提高CSW的运算能力,增加内部通道数量和带宽,升级前后端控制器上的CPU,推出了基于Hi-Star II结构的9900V高端存储系统,该系统的性能、扩展性、可靠性等全面超过9900,成为HDS公司又一个成功的高端存储系统。

2007年,HDS公司推出了第四代全光纤交换式体系架构――Universal Star Network,并且基于该架构推出了具有划时代意义的HDS USP V超高端存储系统,该系统性能、扩展性等方面全面超越目前业界已有的高端存储系统,而且提供了全面的虚拟存储解决方案,使异构存储系统互联互通成为可能。

这种交换式结构的技术是提供了“点对点”、“无阻塞”的数据访问,如图所示,在交换式架构中,最重要的部件是缓存交换模块(CSW)。

通过CSW,主机接口控制器、数据Cache和磁盘通道控制器连接在一起,数据Cache与前后两端控制器之间都能够构成“点对点”的连接,实现并发通道数量最大,数据通道利用率最高。

通过使用交换式的结构,使HDS USP V磁盘存储系统具有了良好的扩展能力,前端的主机通道控制器、后端磁盘通道控制器和Cache都能够在线的、灵活的进行升级,从而降低了系统升级的投资。

存储系统并发处理能力越高,就意味着可以处理更多的应用系统读写请求,进一步提高整个系统的性能。

-Minimum loading
The converter needs a minimum of 10% loading to maintain output regulation. Operation under no-load conditions will not cause immediate damages but may reduce reliability, and cause performance not to meet specifications.-Regulation
With a semi-regulated design, the converter’s output voltage varies with load current and will change proportionally to the input voltage. If regulated output is needed, an external regulator can be used as shown in Figure 2.
-Protection
The converter has minimal protection against input over-voltage or output over-load, and may be permanently damaged if exposed to these conditions. An input clamping device can be used for input voltage limiting. An input fuse or an output fuse also be used to protect against over-loading.-Dual outputs used as a single output
The +Vout and -Vout can be used to obtain a single output that is the sum of the two outputs. In this case, the COM pin
shouldn’t be used.-External Regulator
An external 3-terminal regulator can be connected to the output of the converter to achieve full regulation. Make sure the converter’s output voltage provides sufficient head room for the regulator. An additional benefit is that the built-in protection features in the regulator, such as OCP, OTP, etc, will protect the converter also. In a complimentory supply, a negative output regulator must be used to achieve the negative regulated output.。
