HMK7控制器使用说明书HM0.460. 13021.概述1.1 主要用途HMK7控制器(以下简称控制器)作为一种自动控制装置通过有载分接开关附带的电动操作机构来控制有载分接开关的切换操作,实现有载调压的自动控制控制器可显示开关切换操作状态及分接位置。
控制器有着完善的接口可输出BCD码(触点容量:0.5A 120V AC 或1A 28VDC)及输入远动信号(无源触点),实现有载分接开关的通过触点的远端监视与控制,也可通过RS485 通讯接口与上位机通讯进行遥控、遥信,实现有载分接开关的无触点的远端监视与控制。
1.2适用范围控制器主要用来驱动我公司生产的SHM-1电动操作机构。
2.工作环境2.1周围空气温度不低于-10℃,不高于+40℃;2.2空气相对湿度不大于85%;2.3海拔高度不大于2500m;2.4无显著振动和冲击场所;2.5无爆炸危险的介质,周围介质不含有腐蚀金属及破坏绝缘的气体或导电尘埃;2.6无雨雪侵蚀的场所。
3.外形及安装尺寸3.1外形尺寸见下图;4.1.1电源电压:220V AC 4.1.2额定频率:50Hz 4.3显示参数4.3.1分接位置:1-355.3原理简介分接位置经隔离后为CPU读取并显示并输出分接位置的BCD码,同时进行极限位置的判别和中间位置的超越。
MCU读取经隔离后的其他控制信号控制电动操作的动作程序。
进行指令选择后,控制器可接受的指令有三种输入形式:第一,选择“本地”,指令从控制器面板输入;第二,选择“远控”指令从控制器后面接线端子输入;第三,选择“电操”,指令从SHM-1电动操作机构面板输入,也可通过SHM-1附带的遥控器输入。
输入“1-N”或“N-1”指令后,控制器输出单一驱动信号,SHM-1完成从一个工作位置变换到相邻的工作位置,SHM-1分接变换指示轮指针转动一圈,完成一次操作后自动停止。
如果操作过程中控制器断电,恢复供电后控制器继续完成前一次中断的操作。

概述
IFMZ 型螺旋不堵式泵,是我公司在引进日本荏原制作所先进技术的基础上研制开发的新一代 不堵式泵,具有型谱范围广、效率高、不堵性强、安全可靠等特点,可广泛应用于输送纸浆,污 物、污水及各种含短纤维的混合液体。介质温度为 0℃~80℃,允许进口压力不高于 0.7MPa (7.1kgf/cm2)。

1.质保与技术支持1.1质保1 保修和技术支持保修AEROTECNICA COLTRI 公司自空气压缩机交付之日起在12个月内负责对其空气压缩机的设计和生产缺陷或故障以及器材的任何故障进行保修。
用户必须在从缺陷或故障发现之日起8日内以书面形式通知AEROTECNICA COLTRI 公司,通知应当使用采用挂号信的形式并附有收货单或书信电报,否则保修无效。
保修仅在故障或缺陷是所使用的空气压缩机在本手册给出的说明中的合适的工作条件下并按照给定的维护间隔进行维护的情况下才有效。
特别是在故障是由于空气压缩机非正确使用、大气试剂或运输损坏而造成的情况下不在保修范围内;保修的范围不包括消耗器材和由客户负责全部费用的定期维护所需器材。
精密行星减速电机参数型号

概述精密行星减速机具有高刚性、高精度(单级可做到1分以内)、高传动效率(单级在97%-98%)、高的扭矩/体积比、终身免维护等特点。
精密行星减速电机按照功率分为大功率精密行星减速电机、小功率精密行星减速电机(微型减速机),不同功率的精密行星减速电机应用于不同的领域。
参数减速比:输入转速比上输出转速。
级数:行星齿轮的套数。
由于一套行星齿轮无法满足较大的传动比,有时需要二套或三套来满足用户对较大传动比的要求。
由于增加了行星齿轮的数量,所以二级或三机减速级的长度会有所增加,效率会有所下降。
满载效率:指在最大负载情况下(故障停止输出扭矩),减速机的传输效率。
平均寿命:指减速机在额定负载下,最高输入转速时的连续工作时间。
额定扭矩:减速机的一个标准。
在此数值下,当输出转速为100转/分钟时,减速机的寿命为平均寿命。
超过此值,减速机平均寿命会减少。
当输出扭矩超过两倍该值时,减速机故障。
润滑方式:无需润滑。
减速机为全密封方式,故在整个使用期内无需添加润滑脂。
噪音:单位是分贝(dB)。

英诺威克齿轮泵型号参数说明
1、NYP型
NYP型是指内啮合齿轮泵,N表示内部,Y表示油,P表示英文的泵(pump).
该型号通常用NYP-a/b表示,其中a表示理论值排量,b为额定压差。
2、2CY型
2CY型是指带两个齿轮的油泵,2表示两个齿轮,C和Y分别是齿轮和油的拼音首字母.

The oval shaped radiation pattern and high luminous intensity ensure that these devices are excellent for wide field of view outdoor applications where a wide viewing angle and readability in sunlight are essential. These lamps have very smooth, matched radiation patterns ensuring consistent color mixing in full color applications, message uniformity across the viewing angle of the sign. High efficiency LED material is used in these lamps: Aluminum Indium Gallium Phos-phide (AlInGaP II) for red and Indium Gallium Nitride for blue and green. Customer is advised to daily check on the soldering profile to ensure the soldering profile used is always conforming to recommended soldering condition.Note:1. PCB with different size and design (component density) will have different heat mass (heat capacity). This might cause a change in temperature experienced by the board if same wave soldering setting is used. So, it is recommended to re-calibrate the solder-ing profile again prior to loading a new type of PCB.2. Avago Technologies’ high brightness LED are using high effi-ciency LED die with single wire bond as shown below. Customer is advised to take extra precaution during wave soldering to ensure that the maximum wave temperature is not exceeding recommendation of 250 ° C. Over-stressing the LED during sol-dering process might cause premature failure to the LED due to delamination.PrecautionsLead Forming:• The leads of an LED lamp may be preformed or cut to length prior to insertion and soldering into PC board.• If lead forming is required before soldering, care must be taken to avoid any excessive mechanical stress induced to LED package. Otherwise, cut the leads of LED to length after soldering process at room temperature. The solder joint formed will absorb the mechanical stress of the lead cutting from traveling to the LED chip die attach and wirebond.• For better control, it is recommended to use proper tool to precisely form and cut the leads to length rather that doing it manually.Soldering Condition:• Care must be taken during PCB assembly and solder-ing process to prevent damage to LED component.• The closest manual soldering distance of the solder-ing heat source (soldering iron’s tip) to the body is 1.59mm.
