AUTOMOBILE EDUCATION | 汽车教育1 引言随着环境污染的日渐加重和自然能源的日渐衰减,对新的、可持续再生的清洁能源的探索与研究俨然已经进入了新的阶段,就汽车产业而言,研发和推广新能源汽车不可避免地成了必然的行业发展趋势。
为了迎合社会发展的大趋势和学生的就业需求,各大高校纷纷开展了以新能源为主要教学和研究内容的专业以及课程,以期能满足社会日益增长的新能源领域专业人才需求和解决毕业生日益严峻的就业问题。
但结合实际情况来看,当前高等职业教育的发展与社会对人才提出的新要求之间仍旧存在着一些差距和供需关系不平衡的情况,国家也针对这种情况推出了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》来推动高等职业教育体系的课程改革,虽然新能源汽车技术专业是近些年才兴起和受到推崇的技术专业,但在实际教学过程中仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题[1]。
2 当前高职《新能源汽车技术》课程教学存在的问题职业教育以专业知识和专业技能作为主要的教学内容,直接对接企业与市场,是我国教育体系中针对性培养专业技术人才的一大途径,对课程专业性的要求相较于普通高等院校来说比较严苛。
在此背景下,高职院校如果想要能够更好地适应社会的发展,首先就需要对自身专业课程的设计与开展拥有一个更加明确的认知,反思与总结过往专业课程教学中存在的问题,紧跟时代的步伐,以最新的职业教育理念作为指导来更新专业课程教学的内容与形式,推进高技能人才队伍的建设。
结合新能源汽车产业的实际发展与当前高职院校新能源汽车技术行业的课程开展来看,其中出现的问题主要体现在教学内容与社会发展之间的矛盾、校企合作与教育育人之间的矛盾以及教学评价与学生发展之间的矛盾这几个层面[2]。

These are generally known as “DOWN”, “MIDDLE” and “UP”. They are briefly explained below.Master SwitchThe MASTER switch functions in a unique way, with the following switch logic:1.When the MASTER switch is DOWN, all battery power is off. There will beno electrical power provided to the aircraft.•Note: The engine CANNOT be shut down when the master switch isoff. 1 引言2021年4月,全国职业教育大会传达了习近平重要指示和李克强批示,中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理孙春兰指出,要一体化设计中职、高职、本科职业教育培养体系,深化“三教”改革,“岗课赛证”综合育人,提升教育质量。
教育部印发《关于学习宣传贯彻习近平总书记重要指示和全国职业教育大会精神的通知》,要求加快完善人才培养体系,探索“岗课赛证”相互融合,建好国家“学分银行”。
持续探索校企‘双元’‘岗课赛证’融通育人模式,激励更多学生走上技能报国之路,为国家输送更多高质量技能型人才,是高职院校的重要使命[1]。
2 岗课赛证综合育人的必要性2.1 社会适应性与职业岗位的频繁变换的需求岗课赛证融通协同育人符合教育的社会适应性规律。
从我国社会发展趋势来看,职业教育的社会适应性需要加强学生综合素养的全面发展,强化新时代大学生的价值塑造。
培养学生与社会发展对应的综合技能是岗课赛证融通的目的,利于培养高素质技能人才[2]。
另外,随着社会的不断进步,各行各业趋于智能化网络化发展,职业岗位也不断更新变换,“岗课赛证”综合育人是学生的能力提升和新时代职业岗位频繁变换的需求。
2.2 教育学角度,人的全面发展需要在培养技能型人才的过程中除了培养学生具备扎实的专业知识、过硬的实践技能、良好的道德品格、优秀的职业素养等外,还需要培育正确的人生观、世界观、价值观。
重要培养方式之一就是“岗课赛证”综合育人。
职业院校的学生在理论与实践相结合的学习过程中形成良好的思想观念和道德品质。
此外,在真实的工作情境中还能够锻炼学生的综合职业素养,如职业精神、劳动观念等。
