2011考研的进~擅长忘记也能考360~
复试结束了，下决心写点什么，说说现在我对去年此时自己迷惑的问题的答案~
自我介绍先，女，来自山东某医学院，今年考上北医六院临床，初试成绩政英76、59，西综225，总分360，虽然不高，但对于我这个忘性极好记性极差的文学女青年来说，已经比较满意了~自认水星漂亮（注:智商高）的同学仅供参考~
先说说处在这个阶段的同学最容易存在的疑问~
1、如何安排复习，着重课本还是辅导书，书要看到多细，报不报辅导班，三门课如何安排等？答：去年此时我也在各种思潮冲击下不知如何是好（实际从寒假介绍大概三月就开始了），当时丁香园硕博版（推荐）有个帖子，是让过来人说说自己的经验，很长，看完以后就觉得心里有了底~现在来说说我现在的答案~一般的复习（指不是课也不上习也不实的全日制复习的复习，即每天晚上即课余时间复习）现在就应该开始了。

晚上不用太晚，我们当时大概10点到10点半吧~我们学校大四毕业才结束内外科教学，所以现在平时跟着上课，认真听讲（利用好上课时间可事半功倍，注意上课要动脑），下课把学的内容理解记忆就好了。

但有的学校现在内外科课已经结了，就可以全面复习了。

复习不要太早用全力，因为人的肉身是有极限的，是会累的。

复习也不要太晚，因为我们是先报后考，复习太慢11月报考时不易对自己有个客观评估，不是报高了被调被刷，就是报低了心中后悔~
课本还是辅导书？这是一个问题！这也是现在西综复习的两个主流派别（我自己总结的）。

如何选择呢？西综内容之多绝不是单凭激情就能攻下的，无知者无畏，现在大部分同学都会制定目标是满分的复习计划，却没有正确充分的评估困难和自己的执行能力，这时就体现出方法的重要性~很多人会说，我们考西综就是拼谁坐的住对智力要求不高，但是为什么同样复习的很多人，一起实习一起吃饭一起复习，成绩确有差异，而且不是平时成绩好的考的高？实际上我要说，我们医学考研不是考智商（但记忆力强的人大占优势），也不是考谁坐得住（我的现实经验：坐一样长时间的考不一样的分，坐的长的可能考的少；考一样分的不一定花一样的力气，同样是369，其中一个大概花了另一个两倍的功夫），是考综合的能力，也就是素质！认识自己，评估自己，设定目标，选择方法，执行计划，困难时坚持，顺利时谨慎，每一时都根据情况微调，每一刻都又激情又实际，这才是成功之道啊~~
我的建议：根据自己的基础和目标~
①如果你记性好基础佳目标宏大，那当然是选课本了~现在出题人越来越不按牌理出牌，边边角角都可能考。

看的时候注意不要太慢。

很容易出现的情况是开始时追求完美，对刚开始复习的章节又要理解又要记忆又做真题又做习题，那个认真啊，结果复习着复习着，忽然发现，不好！时间不够了！于是后面的内容匆匆而过，落得个虎头蛇尾。

给自己定下时间限制，限时完成~有不懂的地方先自己想，但不要想太长不要恋战，想不懂就问，甚至跳过去，考研要以大局为重！制定短期计划，中期计划，长期计划，全都要有时间！时时提醒自己几月了，该复习到哪了！千万不要到该报志愿了，还一遍没完，那时就很被动了~
关于速度我曾经听过一个贺银成的讲座，他说第一遍在六月到十一之前完成都是正常，我是十一完成的第一遍，大家可以参考一下~
②如果你像我一样记性差，隆重推荐事半功倍省时省力的“兔子速效西综复习法”~~具体执行如下：首先比较快速的记一到两遍贺银成辅导讲义，大概建立一个框架。

这个讲义是一个重点框架和曾考考点的集合，性价比还是极高的。

看讲义你就不能挑着重点看了，从头看到尾，一个关键就是一定要尽量快一点!快了既可以用别人看一遍的时间看两遍，还不容易走神，更重要的是符合记忆规律！然后看一遍课本，可以从头看到尾，或者自己喜欢什么顺序都行，
都看了就是了~这样就把框架里填了内容~因为有讲义的基础，看课本时很多东西都觉得眼熟，速度自然比一上来看课本快得多~而且很有成就感哦~别人一遍还没完的时候，你可能就一遍讲义一遍课本了，绝对是正性强化，自信感满满的~注意，这个也要尽量快看！原因同上！那些看7、8遍的都是这么弄的，磨蹭绝没有好结果！我这种资质西综都能复习大概3遍，全靠它了~
报不报辅导班？也得看基础和性格~如果基础不好又报的起的话，报个政英还是可以的~西综我只听过贺银成团队的生理（不是贺讲的），听着玩的，感觉可以听着玩，不推荐~西综基础实在差，可以网上下个音频或视频听，疗效我不确定，不过贺讲课口音重废话多，不推荐~ 政治报班是为了省时省力而且督促复习~一般报十一的强化就行了。

暑假和十一都有强化，内容应该是一样的，推荐报十一的！暑假太早了，复习政治没必要，而且那时候听了到十一该复习时也忘了~十一开始复习政治正好~班推荐启航的，但是各地辅导班不一样，建议咨询当地师兄师姐~我报的海天，只是还可以而已~十一的政治班不用全听，自己计算着点，怎么划算怎么来~我的意思是，计算听课的时间用来听课比较值还是自己学比较值~推荐听马基，其他选听~政治班的最大作用是带你上路，上路了也就可以把它踢开了~白天听了课，晚上十分推荐趁热打铁，把白天的内容在过一遍，疗效确切！我的第一遍政治就是这些时间看完的~当然不报班上网下也完全可以！
英语班我没有报，但基础不好，报个阅读、写作还是不错的~这个我没有经验，但是网上推荐新东方的很多，有同学报的启航的，也很不错~
再来说说辅导书吧~
首先是西综。

《贺银成辅导讲义》五星推荐，您值得拥有~尤其是想走捷径的同学~上面讲到的编口诀的方法，绝对是非常好用的~
《同步练习》我的西综复习“教练”（西综232）非常推荐，我资质有限，虽然做了但没记住。

实际上它是一本考点集，贺银成觉得重要的可能成为考点的知识点以题的形式出现，根据个人情况可选择~
《贺银成真题》真题是最重要的，每年都会有重复的考点，真题还能揭示命题的规律，什么样的才是考点~如果你能参透，看课本时就重点看那些长着一张考点脸的就可以了~你可能要问，那那些没看到的要是出题怎么办啊？不要紧！！因为你没有必要也没有可能考满分，有没复习到的是再正常再无可避免不过的了，抓住可以抓住的，对任何人来说，都已经足够了~贺银成的真题解析要比北医黄皮书贴近课本，看他的解析本身就是一种记忆过程~四星推荐，你应该拥有~
《北医黄皮书》真题集，但是按章节编写的，适合第一轮复习~第一轮可以用，也可以只看贺讲义里的真题~讲的和贺角度有不同，就是有点老，而且有些答案解释不是那么有说服力，不过还是不错的~四星推荐，你应该拥有~实在心疼钱的话，上面两本真题里选一本也可以~ 《北医绿皮书》我强力推荐！我是从中确实获益的~它是北医命制的模拟题，共10套，思路什么的与真题确实有一定相似度~但是比真题简单~我最后大概绿皮做到245左右，最后225~根据我的经验减20分左右，对自我评估还是有一定的信度地~~绿皮不一定最后做，复习完一遍就可以做了~我当时刚复习完一遍时做195，根据从中总结的自己的问题，继续复习~又复习完一遍外科，又做一套，215，继续复习，再做，225，如此往复~既是学习，也是验收，还能练手~绿皮书上的病例分析超五星推荐~刚开始我做病例老错，通过练习绿皮上的病例，我找到了病例的规律，后来觉得病例分析是最简单的，尤其是诊断~看了看网上的讨论，觉得自己今年西综的病例基本没错~~(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……
《北医蓝皮书》跟贺的讲义是同一类的，就是精缩课本，但他不是以往年真题为导向的~缺
点是有些内容很旧，新教材改它也不改；优点是北医的老师确实很牛，很多真题课本上找不到依据，蓝皮上却可以找到~我没有都看，感觉内科循环部分还是不错的~三星推荐~
《北医紫皮书》是一本习题集，据称有几千题，只见过有一人做，听说错误不少，不推荐~
再来说说英语：
单词：很多同学问买那本单词书好，我个人认为都差不多~比较推荐有词根例句的~关键是你看着顺眼使着顺心就行了~什么新东方小青蛙星火都可以~背单词不建议用太整的时间，很多同学刚开始会抱着先背完单词再做真题的想法，事实证明这并不可行，除非你英语底子很好~背单词是一个边背边忘的过程，别打算着先把单词差不多拿下再去拿下其他项目，最后有条不紊大功告成~这么想的大部分人单词没背完，又耽误了大量其他项目的时间，惨痛啊~我建议大家实行一边一边的方法，一边背单词一边做真题，互相促进！
真题：真题是最重要的，所有人都这么说吧~真题就用那个张剑的黄皮书就行，解析的非常经典~关键是他会把出题人的出题思路和你为什么做错都剖析清楚，这是十分重要的！有的老师或者辅导书会就往年的考题找一些规律，比如标题类的怎么做啊什么的~我认为这是十分不保险的，因为看今年的试题就知道，反压题有多么严重，从前的很多伪规律都不好用了，如果你还机械的套用，下场恐怕很惨~关于阅读我会在下面单独说~
其他题集我一本没做，个人不推荐~
作文：我作文很烂，我建议像我作文一样烂的人早准备~可以听个新东方的视频什么的，但建议先自己写几篇知道考研作文是什么之后再听，比较有收获~这个工作可以暑假做~
最后是政治~
上十一的强化班时开始复习就可以了，现在根本不用考虑政治的事~
教材有《红宝书》《任系列》和各辅导班自己的教材。

强力推荐《红宝书》！
《红宝书》的优点：1最权威！写书的和出题的是一伙的，怎么能不相信这本书？2最少，减轻负担！我当时在选红宝还是任上着实犯了些难，最后决定认准红宝也有这个原因~有人说红宝书内容不全，我想说你想政治考满分吗？政治考高除了对总分的贡献外是意义不大的，红宝书足够了。

而且这次考试好几个选择就是直接从红宝书上出的原句。

而且其他辅导书也是根据红宝和真题编写的~。
