今天上午给我们进行展示的是来自南京市宁海中学的孙国良老师请先允许我介绍一下孙老师孙国良：南京市宁海中学英语教研组组长。
学生处副主任。
南京市优秀青年教师，鼓楼区十大杰出青年，鼓楼区英语学科带头人，江苏牛津教材7B、8B、9B编者，江苏省新课程改革先进个人，南京市优秀教研组组长，鼓楼区教研室英语中心组成员，英语教学基本功大赛一等奖。
2002以来两次赴英国格林威治大学和加拿大西蒙大学的进修学习。
孙老师多次参与江苏省教育厅组织的全省牛津英语教材培训工作，同时多次受省教研室邀请赴内蒙古、河南及全国各地讲学，针对新课标教材教法做讲座30多次。
10年来，9次奔赴内蒙草原支教，与那里结下了不解之缘，2009年内蒙古呼伦贝尔市政府授予孙老师“荣誉市民”称号。

吴迪科：来自于常州市河海中学，常州市中小学教坛新秀，新北区初中英语教学基本功竞赛一等奖，新北区优秀教师培育室成员。
在英语教学中秉持“教育无痕，润物无声”的教学理念，对课堂教学中的小组合作探究颇有研究。
参与省级课题《中小学英语衔接教学策略的研究》的研究。
此外还曾获全国青少年英语风采大赛江苏省赛优秀指导教师奖。
严丽华：如皋市实验初中教科室副主任，如皋市骨干教师，如皋市优秀教育工作者。
南通市、如皋市优秀课评比一等奖、如皋市教师基本功大赛一等奖、如皋市初中英语命题比赛一等奖。

各位领导，各位老师，上午好！昨天我们听了4位老师的课堂展示，4位老师认真钻研教材，课堂上成熟与老练给我们老师留下了深刻的印象。
我们不仅领略了上课老师的风采，更重要的是体会到了教无定法，百家争鸣。
1. 都是扎实的课。
学生学到了新的知识；进一步是锻炼了他的能力；并在这个过程中有良好的、积极的情感体验，产生进一步学习的强烈要求；且学生越来越主动投入到学习中去。
这样学习，学生才会学到新东西。
学生上课，进课堂和出课堂时有了变化，如果没有变化就没有意义。
如果课堂一切都很顺利，老师讲的东西学生都知道了，就没必要再上这节课了。
比如说，陈艳老师的课，学生在进课堂之前也许知道用“Let’s…”来提出建议，但他们不会对此作出正确的回应，也不清楚以怎样的语气表达自己的喜恶，陈艳老师通过让学生阅读图片，输入语言知识，渗透阅读策略。
2. 都是有效率的课。
所谓效率是一节课下来，对全班学生中的多少学生是有效的，包括好的、中间的、学习困难的。
在这个意义上，一节好课应该是充实的课。
整个过程中，大家都有事情干，通过教师的教学，学生都发生了一些变化，整个课堂的容量很大。
厦门的吴天艳老师就在高效上为我们做了很好的示范。
她用手势游戏热身，让学生熟悉方位介词；通过有趣的寻找活动，让学生轻松感知这节课的主题，进入主题阅读时，通过不同的阅读方式让学生熟悉课文、识别细节，并通过卡片游戏让学生口头尝试note常用的句子。
在拓展阅读一篇note后，通过猜测游戏让学生发现note中错误的信息，并让学生运用所学知识写一封短信给Tom。
在这一系列活动中不同层次的学生都有不同收获。
3. 都是生成量大的课。
一节课不应该完全是预先设计好的，在课堂中应有教师和学生情感、智慧、思维和精力的投入，有互动的过程，气氛相当活跃。
在这个过程中，既有资源的生成，又有过程状态生成，是丰实的课。
在听课过程中，上课老师的教学过程流畅，语言得体、恰当，对学生回答的评价语言丰富（激励性语言和描述性语言），使大多数学生都有提高，学生的语言生成量大，不时有老师和学生的机智妙语。
4. 阅读课的多样化教学。
尤其是阅读课，一位专家说得好，阅读课要做到“五读俱全”，即：reading for language, reading for culture, reading for information, reading for writing, reading for speaking.在本次听课过程中，老师在引导学生对本节课进行总结、升华的同时，激发学生对相关内容或问题产生继续学习的欲望，并使学生在课后主动收集信息、解决问题的一种教学行为。
如果开头的艺术是为将学生更好地引到教学胜境之中，以求收到最佳效果的话，那么结尾艺术，就是要将教学小课堂带入人生大课堂，将最佳效果从课堂之点辐射到课后之面，从而使学生步入人文精神之胜境。
总之，听课的收获挺大的，如果在平时的教学中贯彻这些好的做法，相信我们的课堂教学会向更清晰，更有序，更高效迈进。
名师评课、研讨与交流：《学习新课标,反思促成效》---如何提高中学英语教师的观课、评课水平薛国民：江苏省常州市新北区教研员，分管初、高中和小学的英语教学研究工作，常州市学科带头人，主要研究方向为中小学英语课堂教学模式，多篇论文在《中小学外语教学》杂志上发表。
主要论著有《英语国家知识》、《校园交际英语》和《初高中英语衔接教程》，这些论文和论著很好地总结了中小学英语教学经验。

滕老师长期从事基础教育英语教育教学研究，近年在省级以上刊物发表英语教学研究论文60余篇，其中全国核心期刊近20多篇，6篇被人大书报资料中心全文复印。
参编主编多部学术专著。
长期担任《中国基础教育学科年鉴（英语卷）》编写工作。
