1、出游两次改期赔偿违约金3月21日吴某通过S出境游组团社在莆田的M代办旅行社与S旅行社签订出境旅游合同，双方约定成行时间为3月23日至27日，吴某的外公、外婆等3人参加该社组团的港澳游。
吴某当即支付全部团费5640元及押金6000元，并购买了3月22日厦门至深圳的机票3张。
22日上午M代办旅行社通知吴某，由于同团的南平18名游客的港澳通行证无法出证，推迟到3月29日成行。
经与吴某协商后，吴某同意延期出行，将厦门至深圳的机票改签为3月28日。
3月25日M代办旅行社接到S旅行社的通知，称由于南平客人3月29日参加单位会议，无法按期出行，要改期4月2日发团。
吴某对此十分不满，要求退团，3月26日退掉机票。
S旅行社答应吴某的要求，通过M代办旅行社退还吴某的全部团款并赔偿机票退票费520元。
事后，吴某向省旅游质监所投诉，认为S旅行社两次违反合同约定推迟出游时间，原定3月23日成行，3月22日告知客人不能成行，根据出境旅游合同中“乙方（旅行社）在约定出发时间3日内（含第3日）告知甲方（旅游者）不能成行的，应赔偿甲方旅游费用总额的80%违约金”规定，S旅行社应赔偿客人团款5640元80%的违约金即4520元。
S旅行社辩称，由于潜在不可抗力原因而非该社直接原因导致游客无法顺利成行，客观上给客人造成不便；对此该社已向客人表示歉意，并退还吴某的全部团款并赔偿机票退票费520元。
此事已得到解决。
吴某不能依据S旅行社第一次改期的行为事实要求S旅行社承担违约金，而只能按照S旅行社第二次改期的行为事实要求S旅行社承担违约金。
本案，S旅行社两次提出改期，第一次是在3月22日即在出发日前一天，这次得到吴某的同意，实际上是双方当事人对该合同内容的协商变更。
根据《合同法》第77条第1款“当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
”规定，S旅行社第一次改期并不构成违约，而是合同的变更。
合同的变更只是对原合同内容作出某些修改和补充而使合同内容发生部分变化，但并非是消灭原合同关系。

I have read that the Outback is a massive desert area in the middle of the country. How cool would it be to ride in a jeep across the rust-colored sands and under the blazing sun? I would pack plenty of snacks and water to keep me fueled up. I really hope I get to spot a kangaroo bouncing around! Australia is also famous for having scary spiders and snakes, but I'm a brave kid so I won't be scared. As long as I look where I'm walking, I should be safe from any dangerous critters.From the Outback, my trip would take me up to Alaska to see glaciers and try dog sledding. Everything I've heard about Alaska makes it sound like a winter wonderland. Huge slabs of ice and miles of glistening snow would be such an incredible sight. Dog sledding across the frozen tundra is something I have dreamed about doing since I was a tiny tot. I would bundle up in my puffiest parka and snug snow pants. The dogs would bark and pant as they raced across the pure white landscape, pullingme along in the sled. What an amazing experience that would be!After adventuring in Alaska's arctic climate, I would travel somewhere tropical and warm like Hawaii. Coconut palms, white sandy beaches, and crashing ocean waves are calling my name. I can picture myself snorkeling through coral reefs and swimming with colorful fish. Maybe I'll even spot a sea turtle! At night, I want to attend a luau feast and learn how to hula dance. Hawaii just seems like a total paradise.My last stop would be Italy to eat as much delicious pizza, pasta, and gelato as I possibly can. Italian food is my favorite! Plus, I have to see landmarks like the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the canals of Venice, and ancient Roman ruins. How incredible would it be to toss a coin into the Trevi Fountain and make a wish? I can't think of a better way to end the adventure of a lifetime.篇4My Travel PlanI have always dreamed of going on an exciting adventure! This summer, I finally get to make my travel plans. Where should I go? There are so many amazing places to explore.I think I want to visit a beach. It would be so much fun to play in the ocean waves and build sandcastles. Maybe I could even learn to surf! The warm sun and the salty sea air sound delightful.On the other hand, a trip to the mountains could be really cool too. I would love to go hiking and see the incredible views from way up high. Roasting marshmallows around a campfire in the fresh mountain air would be amazing. I might even spot some wildlife!Hmm, I can't decide between the beach or the mountains. Maybe I could convince my parents to let me do both! We could spend a week by the sea, and then a week in the mountains. That would be the ultimate summer adventure!No matter where I end up going, I know it will be a blast. Being on vacation is the best – no school, no chores, justnon-stop fun and exploring. I can't wait to start planning all the details. This is going to be an incredible trip!篇5I can't wait for summer vacation! My family is planning the most amazing trip this year. We're going to fly across the ocean to a place called Paris in France. I've never been on an airplane before, but my big brother says it's really fun and you get to lookout the window at the clouds. He said Paris is a beautiful city with tall buildings called the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.In Paris, we're going to do all sorts of fun things. My mom said we'll go to museums to see famous paintings by artists like Monet and Picasso. I don't really know who they are, but I like paintings with bright colors and interesting shapes. Dad wants to try eating at a French cafe and ordering croissants and crepes. Those are kinds of pastries. I hope they have chocolate ones!My favorite part will be visiting Disneyland Paris. It's supposed to be just like the Disneyland in California, but with different rides and attractions. I'm really excited to meet Mickey Mouse and go on all the roller coasters. Mom said if I'm a good boy, we can even do the fireworks dessert party at night. Doesn't that sound amazing?After Paris, we're taking a train under the ocean to a country called England. Can you believe there are actually tunnels underwater that trains can drive through? Mom says we'll get to see Big Ben, which is a huge clock tower, and the Tower of London where they keep the crown jewels. I'm a little nervous about seeing the Ravens there though - those are really big black birds!I just know this summer vacation is going to be the best one ever. I get to fly on an airplane, see famous sights, go to Disneyland, and take a train underwater. We're going to have so many adventures and make so many incredible memories. I can't wait to tell all my friends about this trip when I get back to school in the fall. It's going to be epic!篇6My Travel PlansNext summer, my family and I are going on a big trip! We are going to drive all the way across the country from our home in California to New York City. It will take almost a whole week of driving in the car, but I don't mind because the journey will be full of fun adventures.First, we will go through the hot, dry desert with huge rocks and cactuses everywhere. I'm going to keep my eyes peeled for roadrunners zooming across the road! After the desert, the flat roads will turn into huge mountains as we drive through the Rocky Mountains. I can't wait to see the snowy peaked tops and maybe even spot a bear or mountain lion from far away. My dad says we might even be able to go hiking on one of the easier trails. How exciting!Once we get through the mountains, we'll be in the middle part of the country where there are endless fields of crops and farms as far as the eye can see. We'll drive by cowboys herding cattle and see lots of horses and barns. I'll roll down the window and smell the fresh country air. Maybe we can stop at a farm stand and pick up some fresh fruits and vegetables for snacking.After the farmlands, we'll start seeing bigger cities and tall skyscrapers as we get closer to the east coast. Everything will be more crowded with traffic and people walking on busy streets. The buildings will get taller and taller until finally we arrive in the biggest city of all - New York City! I can picture the massive skyscrapers scraping the sky, honking yellow taxis, hot dog vendors on every corner, and bright lights and billboards everywhere I look. We're going to see things like the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, the Empire State Building, and go to shows on Broadway. I've never been to a city that never sleeps before!I just know this cross-country road trip is going to be the best adventure ever. Seeing all the different landscapes, cities, people, and foods will be so fun and interesting. From the dry desert, to the tall mountains, to the endless farms, to the gigantic city - I'll get to experience so many different parts of thisamazing, diverse country. I can't wait to make tons of incredible memories with my family!。

随着生活水平的提高，越来越多的人把 旅行作为生活中的必需品，每一段旅行都 值得被纪念，每一段旅行都是成长的过程， 把旅行用文字的形式保存下来很有必要， 在本次设计中我正是利用了MyBatis , spring , springMVC三个框架，完成了一 个记录旅行的网站。

中，我充分认识到自己实战经验的严重不足，
希望可以在未来的实习实训中得到补足，通过 这为期一年多的学习， 我学到了在学校课本中学不到的知识，很开心 可以认识那么多老师和同学，很感谢韩冰老师 和刘文铭老师对我的教导，有机会希望可以继 续跟着两位老师学习。
